Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Super customer service. Light atmosphere. Well prepared food in a👌 relatively short time. Huh Had the new Giant Cheesy Grilled Ranch
Fajita and it was a meal in itself. It was a good to go order enjoyed by all.

I mean, it’s Zaxby’s food. Depending on if they just tried the chicken and the french fries it’s on point. It’s been sitting for a while not so much. But this location desperately needs help on their drive-through logistics. I live in the area and I’m currently sitting in the drive-through. There are no cars parked and people inside. I should have gone in, as I always tell myself to. Instead, I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for 45 minutes. Just for a chicken sandwich. That’s not right. Skip this and go to the Chick-fil-A where you can be in and out in five minutes.

This is what they think a 3 piece tender looks like. If i’m paying this much money for some food I better be getting all of it.

Tanner also knew how to professionally handle uncomfortable situations with customers as well as resolve all conflicts. As someone who loves and has worked in fast food, Tanner is the one you all need to communicate through within this location. She is PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT and understands and complies with the customer needs.

On-line order was pushed back until I walked in.

Still loving the zax addiction after all these years. Get in on that kickin' chicken sandwich drip.. literally. Like, extra napkins. Wash it down with a peach sprite, their ice is the best for fountain sodas and ice cold tea.

Incredibly slow service. I was told to pull up and wait for my food while i saw several cars behind me get their food right away and drive off. Waiting close to 30 minutes for 2 items and not getting any comps or apologies is bad business. Dont tell me to pull up and wait if you’re gonna be handing food off to the people who ordered after me while i watch. Do not recommend eating here.

Delicious chicken fingers. Their sauce is amazing. I do suggest dining in, or eating the food right away. Fries don't really travel well, and invariably, some fall into the coleslaw. But fresh, wow.

Really disappointed with the way Zaxby's is going about how they handle their drive-thru now. It's like a very messed up version of how Chick-fil-A does theirs. Everything as soon as I pull into the drive-thru is meant to disappoint me. First question, why do you even have a big menu with a speaker box if you're never going to use it and have somebody standing way down the line ahead of it? You expect everybody to know what Zaxbys sells. And what is the deal with restaurants making me go park way past the window waiting on food. They do this just so they can lie about the numbers on how fast they get people through the drive-thru. If I have to sit in a spot waiting on my food their number still look good and like they got me out of there super fast. So annoying!
