Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It's hard to go to a fast food restaurant nowadays and receive such genuine kindness. Shout out to Miss Kathy who was as sweet as Nanny's Homemade Apple Pie!!!

I tried to order the kid's grilled cheese without the fries. Because my child does not eat fries.And I didn't want to just throw them away. They said I couldn't order it unless I took the fries. So my kid didn't get to eat. We were in a hurry to get to his therapy and didn't have time to stop somewhere else. He's allergic to chicken, so that's the only thing on the menu that he could have. I got grilled chicken strips and it was extremely expensive for what I got. Probably will not be back.

Spent $40 and nothing was right. Then they didnt give use our ranch blue cheese or zax sauce.. very disappointed

This was my first visit to a Zaxbys restaurant ever and it will be my last! Absolutely the worst food ever. I had a signature chicken sandwich and fried pickles the chicken was rock hard, dry and mostly breading. The pickles had almost no pickle flavor and were disgusting. I'll stick with Chick fil a and Popeyes.

My last order was a miss. I asked for a large fry with extra seasoning for my Zax Snack, but got a regular sized fry with barely any seasoning. And their milkshakes? Don't even bother. I tried the birthday cake flavor before and it was gross, so I tried chocolate this time, but it was also disgusting and tasted unmixed It’s so thick you can’t even take a sip. Cleveland offer so many better, pick somewhere else

Super customer service. Light atmosphere. Well prepared food in a👌 relatively short time. Huh Had the new Giant Cheesy Grilled Ranch
Fajita and it was a meal in itself. It was a good to go order enjoyed by all.

I mean, it’s Zaxby’s food. Depending on if they just tried the chicken and the french fries it’s on point. It’s been sitting for a while not so much. But this location desperately needs help on their drive-through logistics. I live in the area and I’m currently sitting in the drive-through. There are no cars parked and people inside. I should have gone in, as I always tell myself to. Instead, I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for 45 minutes. Just for a chicken sandwich. That’s not right. Skip this and go to the Chick-fil-A where you can be in and out in five minutes.
