Tried the new shrimp ?Way too salty!!! Couldn't enjoy it. I wanted to like it but I couldn't stand all the salt. I think they can cut the salt 75% and balance the coating with sweet shrimp. It seems to me that many fast food restaurants use too much salt. I owned and operated a Diner for 33 yrs.It's all about balance!

I tried their Asian Zenzation Zalad and it was really good! They also have a Coke Freestyle machine in the lobby with plenty of drink choices and sweet/unsweet tea of course. The Staff are always friendly when I visit. Be prepared to wait in the evening on certain days for your food. This is one of the most popular places to order chicken from, especially on the weekends.Vegetarian options: They have veggie egg rolls and may have substitutions for their Zalads.Parking: The parking is tight on the right side of the building as you enter the parking lot. More parking and an entrance on the other side. They also have RV or Bus parking here. But it's tight.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly and they offer a discount on kids meals on a certain day.

Placed an online order and it said puckup at 7pm. Went in to pickup and 7:10 it was still not ready. If you are gonna give a pickup time then it should ve ready. If it is busy time then it should have added extra time on the pickup time. I will not be using this service again. Sadly disappointed as I love Zaxby's food. And it was for 2 salads and fried pickles.

We use the drive thru. The workers were polite. Ordered the Asian salad and a signature chicken sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and looked , well not so fresh. The chicken sandwich was cold and the outside was hard, not crispy and slightly raw on the inside.We have eaten here before and could do better. Beware of your food.
