Wrong orders. Had to repeat ourselves several times. Excessive wait. Dropped the cone on my wife and expected us to take it. We just ordered ice cream and milkshakes….. we got moolattes instead. Not the first time either. Terrible place and terrible service.

We've been going since our high school days 40+ years ago. We are thankful to still have a local DQ. It has been sold and remodeled a couple of times, but the ice cream and treats remain unchanged - delicious!
When Google says the establishment closes at 1030 but you walk in at 9:15 and get told you can order but cannot eat in the lobby because it's closed.

On Friday April 19 I was in your dairy Queen and the little girl in glasses was steady cussing the other girl out and demanding this poor girl to do everything. The the mgr was standing there and did absolutely nothing. The poor girl I think they were calling her Aston she was running her legs off trying to do everything I refuse to go in to an establishment that treats there employees like this

They never have gravy when I go which is the best part of the chicken strip basket. Then they just forgot my toast. The door dasher did call me about not having gravy but they never said anything about toast.
