Been to the Cochran and Dublin location on several occasions, staff moral was poor, food was cold on every occasion as well as not having all items ordered in bag. Recent visit another customer came in complaining that the fries in his previous order were like leather and to make sure they were cooked fresh this time. Im not paying high prices for poor service from disgruntled employees and terrible food. Plenty of other places to eat.

Having to wait for chicken when you are a chicken restaurant shouldn’t be a thing (30 minutes) Then said Mac n cheese y’all no longer serve but it’s advertised.. the potatoes taste loaded in butter.. the chicken is more crispy then meaty

Dead fly in the icecream in the ice cream cabinet. interior glass filthy very gross dont trust the milkshake at jacks. I told the manager about the dead fly she took the tub of icecream in the back then brought back the icecream tub only thing changed was the fly was gone..
