Dead fly in the icecream in the ice cream cabinet. interior glass filthy very gross dont trust the milkshake at jacks. I told the manager about the dead fly she took the tub of icecream in the back then brought back the icecream tub only thing changed was the fly was gone..

When you can’t remeber to put the cheese or the bacon on the burger that was purchased there is no hope for you. It’s like buying a car and them forgetting the tires.

Had an experience with the girl that takes orders through drive through she wanted to show an attitude when I had went through the drive through and I was attempting to place an order for 10 cheeseburgers and she told me it would have to be done inside and she had a smart attitude. I want to file a formal complaint about this girl.
