When i order and pay online and drive to go pick up my food, I dont want to be asked to tip the cashier! Stop trying to guilt your customers into tipping your hourly employees

Gross. Was not cooked completely was doughy. Wasted our money driving there and for the pizza, we live 30 miles away one way. Not going back again. Didn't leave a tip on website and was again asked about it again when we picked it up.

The service here is great! The manager Brett at this store goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied, me and my wife did an online order and had a medium BBQ brisket pizza on the order and upon arriving home we found it wasn't the right pizza but it turns out the option for that pizza online shouldn't be there because the store doesn't have that kind of pizza so we were given the opportunity to keep the pizza that was already made and also had a medium pizza of our choice made to satisfy our order and a soda was given for our trouble on top of it. I did not ask for all of this but Brett was happy to offer it all and stated that it was his job to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I'm very happy with the Cochran pizzahut and would give more stars if I could!!

Was suppose to get cheese sticks with my order. When I told the delivery driver my cheese sticks were missing. He said he would be back with them and he never returned. Not pleased at all with my service

Great people, great service, good food. Stopped eating there long ago because the food was always messed up, but a few years ago, they did a 180, and everything's been amazing since. Pizza Hut all the way.
