The website reports it closes at 9:30 pm. I pulled up to drive thru at 8:40 pm and no one took our order. They had the chairs on the tables and lights were still on. The lights on the signs were still on as well. Disappointed because I don’t stay in this town.

The chicken is never ready. Sometimes when they do have chicken it is old. And you end up returning the food and asking for a refund. You always have to check you order to make sure you get fresh food.

Every time I come here I have to wait for the chicken nuggets to be cooked. If I order online they don't start fixing the order until you get there. Why would I order online and pay for my food online if I wasn't going to pick it up. I understand wanting food to be fresh but I have never been to this Popeye's that I don't have to wait for my food for 15 minutes. If they sell the chicken then why not make sure it's cooked. When it starts getting low you start cooking what's getting low.
