I was traveling through town and a co-worker said he wanted to stop there for lunch. I had the chipped sandwich and it was one of the best BBQ sandwiches I had ever had. I had wished I had ordered two of them they were so good. I can't wait until I drive through Cochran again so I can stop at Scott's-Bar-BQ and get some more of their delicious BBQ.

This is the best barbeque I have had in my decade in Middle GA. This place is amazing! You walk up and already you smell the smokers cooking, even 45 mins before close. The brisket is cooked for 15 hrs according to our server and it was great. Seasoned well, but not heavy handed. Pink smoke ring was a quarter inch into the meat. Delicious. Their sauce was tangy and delicious and I dipped every bite into it. So good!Then the staff was super nice. We got there late and stayed until after closing (not my usual thing to do, but I got hung up before) and the staff was nice and attentive all the way through. My drink was constantly getting refills and they made me feel welcome. Overall a great experience. I will be back soon!

Update: Now open with in door dining and takeout also.As of August 20 2021They are only open for take out only.Good friendly service great atmosphere and the food is off the chain....you should go check it out... there menu includes BBQ of course, hamburgers, ff, cole slaw, ?, hamburger steaks, steaks, Mac & cheese, etc.
