During my experience, the location was short staffed considering the location and size, and there were a lot of ingredients unavailable, but the staff was pleasant and made the sandwiches we asked for (despite not having what we really wanted). So I cannot blame the staff, but the experience was short lived considering its location and potential.

Quality of food has declined greatly since new ownership. I love subway sandwiches and am a frequent customer, however on my last visit there was a fly on the meat and the lettuce was brown and the staff was really struggling to make the orders, ie. Short staffed. Will have to go elsewhere to satisfy my subway cravings.

The food is good. This location is short staffed and really busy, so wait times are long. They are usually out of 2 or 3 items.
Staff are so lovely , we go back everytime. Sandwiches are always good and go down a treat at work.
Food was great. Service not so much. Very rude sandwich artists. Two sandwich=$43? 😔
My favorite Subway lunch stop by far. The regular guy who always seems to be there is quick, professional and makes an awesome sandwich, not skimpy on the toppings ! Every time I come through Cochran I will be stopping for a Subway here.

A recent change in ownership has somewhat affected the atmosphere and overall quality. Fewer indoor seating spaces. Employees seem to put less quantity of condiments on the sandwiches but they will add more if you request. Good health inspection score. Clean environment. Products are priced above what they are worth in my opinion.
Refuses to accept subway mail out coupons. Took a coupon in for two foot long subs for 12.99 ended up getting two 6 inch subs for 14.00 I was told the owner Will not honor coupons.Just know this when you're planning on eating at subway. The people and food were good ?

Walked in at 7:55 pm, to order and eat inside, but we were told we could not eat inside because the dining room was closed because there was only 2 workers, that if we wanted to eat there we could eat outside in the rain and wind(Crazy). We told the employee we wanted to get a bite to eat before we hit the road to drive 2 hours. She said she didn’t care. They don’t close until 10. So we left and we next door to the Huddle House, where the Service, Attitude & Food was a lot better, Will Never go inside this subway ever again, Very Sad situation!!!

Today I ordered the same sub that I order every week, using the same coupon that I use every week and ended up paying twice the amount that I normally pay. The customer service was not good at all.

Some of the employees are nasty, they will be providing services to the person in front of you , then handle their money with the same gloves on and then come back to next customer with the same gloves and try to provide services to you. I find that very nasty and unsanitary and if this is what subway management is teaching their employees to do then subway should be reported to "Corporate and The Health Inspector . There are to much viruses going around to be this nasty and not to think about others. Subway in Cochran, Ga should be ashamed of themselves.
I purchased 2 subs online this evening in Cochran shortly after 8pm..arrived at store at 830pm to pick up subs, a staff member unlocked door and said "We're closed", I explained to staff member I have a receipt, he said "talk to the manager". I walked into store and asked " Can I have my subs or can you refund my money", he raised his hand, pointed to the door and said "Can you get out of my store, I'm closed", I said " ok, what is your name?" He said "My name is Alan the manager" I left the building without my subs and without my money

Walked to door at 9:03pm when the store hours posted are open til 930. Door was locked and business closed. The manager confronted me and told me to contact the franchise manager. I asked for her business card. I was told I could find it on my own. Also the manager referred to me as a cracker. I cannot understand how you could employ someone or make them a manager when they are using racial slurs to customers. I promise I will seek action at the district level. My son had a coupon on his phone this subway doesn’t take in store coupons off your phone even though they have a scanner to do so.. you can only use coupons online or the ones the store approved of.. which needs to be fixed in today’s economy every penny
