This location constantly has problems when trying to use the app for any discounts or offers they send. Rather than the store notifying someone higher up, they like to tell you it's not their problem as the app is independent of Wendy's. Calls have been made to corporate in Ohio , as well as the local franchisee owner, Calhoun Management Corporation. Maybe other people (customers) doing the Cochran employee's job will get the problem fixed.

It's better than McDonald's but worse than any real food. The service is terrible but it's Wendy's. You don't go for quality, you go because it's the most balanced between "good enough" and convenience.

I tried to pick up my order I'd placed via the app. Was told it didn't show up. Despite seeing the payment had cleared, kept being told nothing could be done. Something about calling "app customer service."I paid $15 for food and wound up going to McDonald's because they claimed they never got the order from their own app and couldn't do anything about it. Idiocy.

I guess places of business don't teach their employees to be nice to the customers anymore. I'm tired of going places and employees are freaking rude to me. I've been going to this Wendy's a couple times a week lately, and when you get a cashier who's rude to you for no reason it makes me so I don't want to buy food from that place anymore. Seems to be the norm now. Shameful business practices. and you know what, I don't have to tolerate such behavior. I simply won't be a customer there anymore.

Went to Wendy’s tonight 6/9/2023… at around 10pm. Went through the drive thru and I tried to order the Cobb salad… the lady said they are out of the Cobb salad I said okay then she said they have all of the other salads.. well I said okay and proceeded with a taco salad with no tomatoes. They lady again informed me the salads are premade and tomatoes couldn’t be taken off. I said okay that is fine.. well I noticed the taco salad comes with lettuce, tomatoes, CHILI, cheese, sour cream and chips… well we get up to the window and they young lady corrected our total (because she rung up the wrong size drink) we were fine with that. We go to the next window and are waiting as the employees are laughing and cutting up having a good time… the lady finally hands us our food and then turns around to get our drinks.. well the first drink she hands me has ice in it which I specifically asked for NO ice. She gave me a rude look and turned around and poured it out and made another drink. Well I get home and open my food… I have the “premade” salad with the lettuce, cheese and tomatoes… I also get a tube of sour cream and chips and salsa… you know what I didn’t get??? The CHILI WHICH MAKES THE TACO SALAD!!!!!! Every time we come to Wendy’s there is ALWAYS a problem whether they do not have what we want on the menu or they don’t put all of our food in the bag. I love Wendy’s but this one in Cochran is really making me not even want to eat there anymore. How hard is it to listen to the costumer, get the order right and give it to the customer?!?!

I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was exceptional and really made my day. I was on my way to work in a bit of a hurry. I went through the drive through and quickly received my food. The staff was very pleasant and the service was good. However, as I went to pull out of the parking lot, I saw one of the employees sprinting after my car. She caught up to me breathless and told me she had forgotten to give me part of my meal and gave it to me on the spot. 5/5 stars for service and athletic ability.
