Idk what has happened with this place. I use to take my kids all the time but there biscuits just aren’t the same anymore they taste like dozen biscuits and they are smaller. The biscuits use to be my favorite part but now I’d rather not eat there anymore. The fried food tastes nasty like they cook it in old grease. The Latina lady that use to run it DEFINITELY needs to come back this place is turning to garbage.

If you are going to ask for receipts before handing the food at the drive-thru then I suggest you PROVIDE a receipt, and therefore avoid implying/accusing your customers of not paying. And I suggest keeping the Cruella Deville bad make-up lady away from customers...I assure you, if I were going to steal fast-food, it would be from a decent restaurant.

I did a calling order to pick up. I ordered a butter biscuit, side of sausage and two sides of tenderloin with a hash brown. Im sold on the this place. The lady was a sweetheart, the biscuit tastes like a homemade buttermilk biscuit, the tenderloin literally fell apart in my mouth , the hash brown was crispy not soggy and the sausage tasted like sausage and did not have the chunky gritty consistency like some places. I will say I was expecting a large coffee to actually be a large coffee and not a small size cup. But hey cant have it all. Awesome Job Burger Den

They are so bad lately. I don't know how they are managing to keep their doors open. They NEVER get orders correct. 10/10 times you go now, they screw up your order. It has the worst management/ownership. Get rid of it.

Close it down already... it has gone downhill and there is no way to get the old Burger Den back.

Went inside to order a BBQ combo. They shouted out the order, I went to get it and it was gone. They'd gave it to someone else. Said they'd fix it again. Went back to get it, Latino girl at register got really hateful. She didn't know who owned the place, who she worked for and refused to give me her name. I left. Down the road I opened the sandwich and it was a dang hamburger. I'll never go back. All of the waiting was over 45 minutes.
