Food is over priced, I paid $13 for ten wings and got one dipping sauce. It makes no sense to give 1 sauce for 6 wings and 1 sauce for ten wings. The sauce is a small cup and barely covers 5 wings, and to be charged 75 cent for another blue cheese is ridiculous and highway robbery! Highly disappointed in the overall service and food offered. The wings are little and not worth being charged over a $1.25 per wing. Don't waste your time, go to a restaurant where you will receive your money's worth, not where they are nickel and diming u for every cent.

Everyone there looked like they hated the idea of working 😂 and sounded and acted like it too. If we ignore the people that worked there then it would be 10 out of 10!

The wings are sooooo overcooked and as soon I got to pick up my food the first is yelling the staff was yelling at a customer and when I got to the counter the first thing they said to me was OH I forgot they never even spoke to me once to see what I needed and it took 20 mins for them to get to me even though I was at the front if I hadn’t spoke to one of the workers I would be still standing in the line until this moment…..

I just had the nastiest experience here. I ordered the food and it was extremely late and once I got there the cashier was on their phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. Needless to say I am never coming back here. The staff is disrespectful and the wait is long. The food is not good and staff is not respectful. I really do hope they do better. Disappointing.

If RUDE were a place of business, American Deli would be it!!! I arrived at 930pm only to be shouted at when I entered "Wings and Fries only." Then, "Card only." The wings were OVERCOOKED and the size of pigeon wings. Never again. They would've been better off shouting, "CLOSED." Honestly, I probably could tolerate inedible food, but RUDE service. Not!!! First and last time, my $$$ will be used to keep the grease hot at this location. And why is it that management only responds to the 4 and 5 star reviews. Own all of the reviews and resolve the issues expressed in the comments of the dissatisfied customers, too. Simply, DO BETTER.

Extremely certain that I receive food poisoning from this place last night ordered through Uber eats hours after eating I was vomiting, etc. Oh, what a horrible feeling!
It’s 945 they close at 10. Ole boy let me walk in, I walk to the counter. An the work of the year tells me it’s closed with an attitude. Nobody told you to choose make chicken and fried rice. Trying to rush to the club and got to be up early Monday morning washing dishes and frying chicken.
