Typical southern American restaurant especially for us Europeans. Meals are rich in flavor and portions are huge. We had all beef platter and BBQ pork platter with sides and cornbread and biscuits. Everything was tasty. Prices are fair.

Don’t let the hole in the wall exterior fool you or scare you away, they have some of the best affordable barbecue in the city. Every time I come to Atlanta for Minneapolis I make sure to stop up here.

I would have gave 5 stars because they give you plenty of food, the cost is not expensive at all! I paid less than $15 for 2 big pieces of fish, and 3 healthy sides, (Mac & cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes soufflé). The greens are fresh not canned and seasoned well. The fried whiting was amazing, the Mac & cheese was good but a little under-seasoned for my liking, the sweet potato soufflé was very good!
