Decided to grab a quick bite before my flight; I had a cheeseburger and strawberry daiquiri; it was pretty good. The burger came out quick and hot. Seasoned well. The drink was smooth, strong liquor taste. What really topped it off for me was the atmosphere. A live jazz band was in the food court area and the notes were hitting!!! Not a bad experience at all. I was full and pretty relaxed for my flight.

First time eating here in the busy Atlanta airport. Burger was terrible. Had no taste. It tasted like it had been cooked somewhere else and reheated. There were no pan or grill marks on it so it tasted just like meat that had been boiled. Bun was dry. The food court area was packed and there was a piano player banging the piano as hard and loud as he could so total chaos.

I ordered a veggie burger and a large fry I waited 12-15 mins for my burger and fries-which is cool. My problem is they had me wait to only give me some cold,stale and tasteless fries 20.19 wasted

20-30min to get a food. Fast food in a restaurant style place. Service isn't bad. Food is OK. Beer selection is good. My BBQ burger came barely warm. Escalator steps are sticky. Vegetarian options not labeled, because only salads are vegetarian.

Cold Boardwalk classic. The patties were cold and I ate it pretty much as soon as I got it. It came out relatively fast. I suspect the keep the burgers pre cooked and warmed but in this case the meat was cold and below my acceptable temperature. If the burgers are this cold it means they are keeping them for long and they re in danger of contamination. Watch out if you come here. Fries were hot and ok.
Cashier was friendly and helpful. She asked for another cashier. There were lots of people in the kitchen not sure what they were doing. The manager ( in black shirt) came up very grumpy to do the cashier job.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is completely lost when it is busy. They wait until after you pay for items to tell you they are out, and don’t know how to refund you so you end up getting your 4th choice of item. Definitely not worth $20.

Consistently one of the best value for money locations in all of A terminal. Staff is always friendly and food is always cooked well. Never had an overdone burger or anything undercooked. The only shame is that these people put 110% into serving us and there isn't a tip jar to show our appreciation. Special shout out to Jamesha who was super friendly ans helped brighten my dreary day!
