Left card by mistake. Returned later to retrieve and successfully did. The following morning had new transactions made on my card from places I don’t even shop at and I immediately knew it was from when I left my card behind at Bojangles. No integrity, disgraceful!

I’ve been to this location before multiple times. Sometimes the tenders is a bit more hard than normal, but that was ok. On 1/20/24, I ordered through UberEats for a single Cajun chicken filet biscuit and 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits (one of which was a part of a combo). First red flag should’ve been I ordered at 9:35am and did not receive my order until after 10:50am. I was on the verge of canceling the order due to the driver informing me they were not accepting orders at the moment. However, after a few minutes they had my food and I went ahead and continued with the delivery. Upon delivery, I had eaten 75% of my sandwich and I looked at the last few pieces to see legs sticking out of my sandwich. I pulled the biscuit apart and there was an entire ROACH inside of the foundation of the biscuit. I immediately informed my coworker to stop eating as we just got food from the same place. Nevertheless, it resulting in me having a severe panic attack at work and having to call the ambulance. I called the store and whoever was on the phone was apologetic, but offering to remake a sandwich after finding a roach in it is an insult. This establishment after this needs to be closed down and deeply cleaned and exterminated. Now I am scared to eat out at any establishment. Just beware if you decide to eat here!
