Well this is not something I like to do but I've given every opportunity to redeem themselves. We were seated and never served until we complained then the waitress took our order and never came back until we complained next the drink showed up but no food after an hour of the order. Then we sat and sat only to be told this was not the section of our waitress but still no food just disappointed especially seeing the first waitress continue to take orders

What I like most is that Brake Pad's food is not only great, but it's consistently great. I'm really big on the food tasting the same at all times. And they really do it right. Customer service is hit or miss. I picked up this time, so I have no thoughts on service. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed.

If you want a real fire grilled burger…this is the place to go. I always order the BP one with side salad - which is a very decent one-. The brisket sandwich on Texas toast is amazing as well. Drinks are very affordable as well. I also like that is has that vibe of neighborhood bar.
