Horrible customer service. It takes 15 minutes just for them to take your order. This has happened on more than one occasion.

The service was horrible. I pulled up at the drive thru, the employees were outside smoking weed. I should have known it would only get worse. I ordered a whopper, asked them to cut it in half, pulled up to the window to pay, one of the very employees who was outside came in to collect payment. His register was not set up and I had to wait for them to be able to take my card payment. When my burger came, they only wrapped it in one paper, and when I opened it, it fell apart. I asked them to wrap it individually and one of the employees handed me another sheet of paper. Worst service I have ever received. Don't buy from there!!!!

I just spent a half hour waiting on my food. No apologies. I was asked three times if i was given a receipt. I don’t understand what the hold up was, no explanation.
Drive thru is broken with a note asking to come inside. I had no problem coming inside after seeing the message, but at least have someone ready to take my order. The young lady that was standing in the front went to the back of the restaurant and stayed back there til I eventually just left and went to the union city location.

Earlier today bought a chicken jr from here and the sandwich was good so I did the survey on the receipt and told my son buy a small fry to get the free chicken sandwich and someone that works there told my son he could not use the code because it was a scam...I also screenshot my code once I got done with the survey
Drive thru was slow this time, but they actually got our order correct. The order taker had difficulty with the intercom, but was polite and professional. It was kind of nice to hear that, in his multi-tasking, he was only talking about work (at the window and with colleagues about orders): Not personal drama.
The vegan burger was completely cooked and hot this time. The fish sandwich could use a little less grease and/or more crisping. But, we were not completely disappointed.

I went there for me and my kids . They messed up every order except the bacon king, but I went back and let them know and Stefan graciously made things right I had my 3 kids cheeseburgers re made and my double whopper as well and had a couple of Hershey pies for free. I’m satisfied with the service for sure. Overall it was a 4.4/5 experience. Thank you

The past few times I have came to this BK, I have been nothing but pleased, customer service is at a 10/10 & and so is the food. I came a couple minutes past breakfast the other week and the girls still accommodated me, then I came this morning and the lady that seemed to be working all by herself was very sweet and she made my iced coffee just perfect, this is the CS everybody should strive for especially in the morning, it takes nothing to be kind! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because the parking lot was filthy, trash all over the ground. Other than that I am satisfied with this location and I can’t say that about many BK’s.

I ordered than left b/c the serve was horrible! The cashier had me on hold at the drive , me and the driver, for about 10 minutes, just to place the order. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wanted a big whopper w/cheese. However, the young lady did apologize. Just just didn't want anymore.
