I don’t understand the negative reviews the place is really clean compared to what it use to be. The atmosphere is very different in good way. I stopped going here for awhile but ive been there at least twice a week for 3 weeks straight and I have not been disappointed yet.. keep up the good work

This is the third time we’ve had an issue at this location .
Story Time : We go to the location around 10:20pm and attempt to make a drive thru order - we were then told the location was only accepting DoorDash. Okay no worries . We figured maybe short staffed . We politely said okay no worries and parked . We placed the DoorDash order in the parking lot and left.
We placed our DoorDash order and went across the street to get gas … we see 5 Employees sitting outside on a SMOKE BREAK ! We then received a notification saying our DoorDash order was cancelled . This is absolutely insane . Horrible customer service . And what makes this funny (not literally) We were pumping gas so we saw them outside smoking when the DoorDash was cancelled!!!
Writing corporate tomorrow but I could not go to bed without writing this review .

There was quite a wait time even though they didn't seem busy. My burger was sloppily put together but tasted fine. Two of my sauces that were given to me were already opened and filthy. Customers and workers alike seemed like they just didn't want to be there.

These Burger King is very horrible and if people order out on time, you’ll be sitting there 30 minutes just for burger fries and also I seen plenty of DoorDash people walking out because it was taking too long. Even if you got the order later, the customer is gonna get cold food just understandable and the manager doesn’t care and tell people they have to wait so long of a time everybody needs to be fired establishment. That’s crazy and unprofessional!
Literally waiting 30 minutes for my order with 3 other cars. Fire the night shift employee. They obviously can’t handle the job. You can hear them in the back trying to what I believe “figuring their life out”.

Avoid this location at all cost, spend your money elsewhere. The drive through staff are unprofessional, and always seems to have an attitude. The credit card debit card machine is always down, i literally sat in line for twenty five minutes just to be inform that my order cannot be purchased. Never again, i will never again try to order food from anywhere along old national.
