So. I did not know that burger king had started selling sliders. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger off the dollar menu and the size of the burger is considerably smaller than it used to be over a decade ago. To make matters worse. The meat was totally dry and the bacon was over cooked. Things like this make it extremely hard to even want to patronize businesses because of the lack of service and not caring about the product or service given to customers

Horrible service. Employees sitting in dining area. When you walk up doors are open but they tell you that it's only drive thru. Why are doors open with no signs saying drive thru only?

I literally just waited for almost 2 hours for an order. They didn't have half my items and then when the order got to me it still was messed up!!!!!!!!!! You got to be extra slow to put nuggets in a bag without the sauce!

Just terrible customer service in both Walmart and main restaurant locations. The Impossible burger is awesome though but the always seem to run out of onion rings.

I watched the cashier take orders from people that were behind her in line but when he finally acknowledged her as she was the only one left in line he had to fill the napkins before speaking to her though. We didn't get a frozen beverage as their machine is down, like always in every burger King we go to. Then I just asked for my receipt I got told the receipt machine is down???!!!!!?? This whole place is a dirty mess as well. Every single table is gross, if I wasn't stuck at Walmart getting my tire done I would have walked right back out the door upon entering. This is awful!!!
Trash. Never more than one or two people working. They don't start making online orders until you get to the store which defeats the purpose of online ordering. Really needs an ENTIRELY new staff. Or just close this location down altogether. I waited on 3 separate occasions more than 25 minutes for one order of chicken fries. Very slow very unprofessional and the staff is rude at best. DO NOT GO HERE. STARVE. OR EAT FROM THE WALMART DELI WHICH IS 20 FEET AWAY. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A NEW STAFF

Slow!! Extremely slow! I only like the fact that the cook MIKE made sure he made my sandwiches separately. I didn't say i was allergic to tomatoes, which i should have, but he still made my food separate from others.

A worker looked at me like I was disturbing her peace while blasting loud vulgar music at the register. Was told she wasn't going to serve me because she was about to leave at 8:10 pm. Waited 15 minutes for another worker to tell me that the machines were down. Terrible customer service.
