It’s 10:37 p.m and there’s no line in sight. I’ve watched everybody come by this window and just stare and say absolutely nothing. I know it’s only a fast food job but come on! Zero cares smh

After a long day of traveling cross country, I pulled into the drive thru, only to learn they did not have any meat available, it would be 10 minutes before they would have some more meat cooked. I went looking for somewhere else to eat.
I came back about a half hour later and there was a line of cars in the drive thru, they all backed out and left (5 or 6 cars). I saw that and decided to leave too(2nd time now).

Because this establishment was open so late and also had people in line, the food was made fresh and fries were hot etc. The line moved along and customer service was as expected for a fast food restaurant.

My mother went here today at 1:30 pm and there was a guy there at the drive thru window that was so unbelievable mean to her that I'm steaming. He actually yelled at her and slammed the window twice. My mother is elderly and was leaving dialysis and decided to stop here. There was no cause for him to be so mean. I could even take rude over flat out mean. Something needs to be done.

Decided to stop here after a late flight returning to Atlanta. (Big mistake) I ordered in advance and still sat in the mobile line for over 35 minutes before I got to the window. Only 2 cars were ahead of me in the mobile line when I pulled up. What’s the point of ordering in advance if it is going to take just as long? They need a better system for checking in mobile orders.

After reading the reviews, I knew it was going to be a hit or miss! Where's the undercover boss to visit this location asap!Definitely missed on our first trip here, however I would give more stars for the burgers itself, but the they missed part of our delivery order, in which we paid... delivery($6.50), driver tip($10), service fee($11.40) and taxes($5+)! Only to compensate for 2 separate coupons totaling $15.00 ($10 & $5) and cannot use at the same time... but they didn't mind taking payment in full online... 🙄 they missed our fries, sauces and desserts... fries is what makes part of the meal great! We Even ordered chicken wings and they missed the ranch cups. This location is not for great for delivery, but maybe for dine in would be better results 🤔...

So I went to get lunch for myself and 3 co workers, they seemed nice to the 2 ladies in front of me but when it was my turn I was looked at like I wasn't supposed to be there or was bothering the 2 workers there by wanting to order. Then they rudely tried to tell me I couldn't place 4 orders even though I was paying separately for each order. Once I explained she could pretend I was 4 people she said what do you want? And smacked her mouth and rolled her eyes I tried to tell her the 1st burger to which I was rudely cut off and told they didn't have that when it was on the website and on the sign outside. So I was refused service and treated rudely because I tried to place 4 orders and I feel it was because I'm not African American since they were nice to the people in front of me as indicated earlier. So I told her that she could've just told me that she wasn't going to wait on me instead of wasting my time. She responded with ok and smacked her lips at me again. I walked back to my truck and ended up going to Burger King instead and gave them my money. If you don't want to serve everyone then you shouldn't work in a restaurant, terrible customer service.
