The food was disgusting and my order was wrong. Stopped here and I should've known that something was an awry when there was a bumper to an Audi vehicle located near the dumpster. I called and complained to the corporate number and I would like my money back.

Today on March 29, 2025 around 5:30pm! The food was TRASH! The manager
(brown skin with glasses) on duty was RUDE WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!! The bread was cold! They put NO onions on my sandwich even though I asked for extra onions. Crazy right? He was even being rude to the worker on duty. I only ordered 1 big Buford sandwich which took almost 10mins for a sandwich! These reviews are true! They need to management, cooks! NEW EVERYTHING! Never will eat there again! JUST HORRIBLE! I hope corporate comes to the store!

Took over 20mins to get simple order cheese Stix a drink and 1 apple pie! I've been the 1way drive thru for almost 30mins. This is horrible!

The worst checkers I've ever been to. I ordered a spicy chicken 2 for 4 and when I got home one of my sandwiches had bacon on it and the other one was dry and crispy burnt. So I went back to get it corrected and they had an issue with replacing my meal. As if I didn't pay for it smgdh. So I wanted A refund and they told me I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days. I will never go to that location again.
Waited 22 minutes to get a #2 combo. Sat in the parking lot forever. Listen to half a album smh
Customer Service was horrible, they took forever before they took my order and after my order was placed I waited at least 20 minutes before I received my food. If I hadn't already paid for my order I would've been left. The only good thing about this experience was that the milkshake machine was working.

my food was burnt and my mozzarella sticks or ice cold the lettuce was brown and I had a end piece of tomato my buns were burnt so badly you could smell the burntness my fries were cold an burnt the manager Denzell was rude and very unprofessional I didn’t eat anything at all I bite off of one burger and that was it that’s when I realized that the sandwich was burnt and old lettuce was on it mind you I didn’t eat any of the food I only bite the burger and I dropped the mozzarella sticks by accident after I bite it but we were already gone to work so when I got off work to get my food remade I was told by Denzell that he would only remake my burgers not my meal I explained to him that I don’t understand how you would only replace the burgers when I gave you the fries and was will to give you the soda back as well so I didn’t feel comfortable with him touching my food so I asked for a refund he gave me a partial refund charging me 6.66 for the mozzarella sticks and coke which I felt wasn’t fair because I had to go with out eat because something I paid for wasn’t right and it wasn’t due to my fault it was the manger fault he didn’t do a great job at all overall very disappointed with the store to have this kind of service is crazy
But to top it off I watched him sit my food to the side to prepare the other two cars behind us I got there at 7:22pm an didn’t get my until at least 15 minutes later cold and burnt

We wanted to get food and like they do as always when they don’t want to work they say the power went out! But all the other restaurants are open. The kitchen is fully wiped down and clean on the inside to. Come on man

Literally gave me cold food, cheese wasn't melted on the burgers or anything. And there was a giant block of ice in my cup I couldn't even stick my straw all the way in the cup. Checkers is one of my favorite fast food joints but this specific one is trash. This is the second time I've gotten cold food from them. Like honestly why even show up to work if you're not gonna do it right.

Worst checkers ever
I come here often & the food & service is usually good & fast but the last two visits were not a good experience. Last night, I ordered a 5 piece wing & was told at the window that it would be 5 mins & was told to go around & wait at the other window. Long story short, after about an almost half hour wait, I had to get out of my car (there was a car waiting in front of me for an order at the window) & go knock on the window & ask for my food. The boy at the window looked at me confused as if he didn’t know what I ordered. He finally gave me my food & I asked for an apple pie for my wait. No apology or anything in regards to my long wait.
Fast forward to tonight. I placed an order online for another order of wings & it stated that it’ll be about 10 mins before they’re ready. I got to the speaker to tell him my order & asked for a cup of ice. Got to the window & was told to go around to the other window again but I told him that I waited almost 30 minutes for the order I had last night & didn’t want to go back over there. He said that I would still need to go over there either way. I then asked him how long would it be because I ordered 10 mins ago. He then paused & said “yeah it’ll be about 10 mins.” Annoyed, I went around to the other side. I ended up waiting about 10 mins to get my food just for it not to be hot! That told me that my food was sitting around & I was just told to go around for no reason. I also got some ice that I had to pay .42 cents for & after I pulled off, I looked in the cup & it was barely anything inside (refer to pic below)!
This location has good food but they need to be considerate of the amount of time people have to wait & if there is a wait, let people know so they won’t be in the dark & also, not to look/act clueless when inquiring about food after waiting for a long period of time. Do better, yall!
