Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I frequently visit dairy queen becuase it brings a nostalgic feeling but when I ordered food and it smells like old burnt grease and can't substitute my frys for cheese curds its like money going down the drain especially when I have to order the cheese curds on the side definitely will just take the ride to union city dq

I order a large chicken basket my food was very cold when it arrived and the wait was very long I was very hungry when I received the food so I immediately opened the food up too eat and when I bite into the chicken the chicken was not done at all , they do not cook the chicken all the way they prep cook all they food and when someone order the drop it back in the grease for fresh food and that need too stop because I probably would of never gotten raw chicken … this was suppose too be my dinner now I gotta spend more too eat something else

I just left this store today at 11:21am and she took to long to come to drive thru to take the order then I ask for sweet chilli tenders I got regular with very little fries and dry toast.

11/12/25 lunchtime and this what I get Chicken tenders not sauced toast dry not cut fries lukewarm coke flat $14 wasted never again

This is the 2nd time I got a blizzard here, and it is always wet and melted. They had a nerve to have an attitude last time I complained. The blizzard is supposed to be thick enough that it can be turned upside down and not fall out. Their blizzards always have a regular top because they are not thick enough to stay in the cup. The New York cheesecake blizzard never has cheesecake chunks in it like the other locations, and it is full of cookie crumbs with 1 strawberry. This location need to be more consistent with their blizzards like the other locations. That's ridiculous!

Customer service is really good I ordered the burgers unfortunately I did not enjoy them because they taste Bland without that grilled flame broil taste they used to have. I will not be ordering another burger from them ever again unless they bring the flame broil Burgers back I couldn't even eat it ate a few fries took one or two bites and spit it out.

Customer service is HORRIBLE !! Especially in drive-thru! The customers don’t make u come to work. If u don’t wanna be there, call out-simple as that! I’ve yet to encounter someone pleasant at the drive-thru. Ridiculous!!

I love DQ butnthis was my first time eating at one in atl.
The burger was NOT modified and was still made wrong. Other than that everything was great. The manager was friendly
