The burger was NOT modified and was still made wrong. Other than that everything was great. The manager was friendly

Went in for some ice cream with my daughter, wasn't greeted for a bit, the staff was being rude to the customer that went before me and the staff was yelling and arguing with each other the whole time we were there. My young daughter felt so uncomfortable with the yelling and language that she wanted to leave, so we did. Ridiculous.

$11 for what looks like a kids meal. Never again, I'll go to Zaxbys. Only stopped because it's the only thing that was near

First and last time at this location. Was not greated in the slightest when walking in or placing the order. The lady seemed annoyed that I was even there and the only one in the restaurant at 1:00 PM. After that, the tomatoe on my burger was huge, probably 3/4 inch thick and I would normally love that, but it was ice cold on a hot burger. It was weird. There was zero sauce on the flame thrower burger and I lost my appetite when some lady behind the counter started blowing her nose saying there was a hair in it. I wasn't hungry anymore after that. Also, the ladies restroom is out of order. This place is rough.

I don’t know when Dairy Queen started toasting their bread but…“PLEASE STOP TOASTING THE BREAD” specifically the number 11 original cheeseburger or just the regular burger. It’s so hard to chew you’ll think it’s old bread but that’s just them toasting it. It’s no reason why the bread use for the cheeseburger feel equivalent to me peeling an orange, that’s how hard the bread been trying to chew/eat it. I never ask for my bread to be toasted I’ll take it the original way before pre-toasting it or give people an option to choose if they want it toasted. Please fix it and thank you

I recently visited the Dairy Queen on Hwy 92 near the airport and was extremely disappointed. The drive-thru billboard clearly advertised two Cupfection items, both featuring caramel, chocolate, and brownies. When I requested light toppings based on this, the staff insisted I was mistaken. The manager, Fessa, went further by calling me “wrong” and “dumb,” implying I couldn’t see properly. This behavior is unprofessional and offensive. I expect better from a reputable brand like Dairy Queen.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience here on 2/24/2025 at about 7:45 pm. There were 2 young ladies working and one older woman. I used the drive thru to place my order for a Heath Brownie Cupfection with strawberry on the side. I was told in an unprofessional tone that they “ Do not warm the brownies on the Cupfections”

I asked why because I request the same thing each time I order. They said because it’s a “different type of brownie” which still confused me. Because I ALWAYS have my brownie warmed. So then I asked if the brownie could be placed on the side so I could warm it myself.

I was also denied that request.

I asked to speak with a supervisor the supervisor rudely stated that “what I’m asking for they do not offer”

I said “I understand yall not warming the brownie but why can’t I have it in a separate container” She said “because we don’t do that here. If it’s not on the menu we don’t do it”.

I feel my request was very reasonable. Just a warmed brownie. Or a cold one in a separate container so that I could warm it at home.

The staff and supervisor were very rude and unaccommodating.

When I asked for administrative staff contact information I was told to “Google it, Google it”.

As a person with hospitality experience this is unacceptable for customer service.

I pay $5.55 for a chili cheese combo in conyers, but this place charged me $8.50. That's whoa.

I’ve come here a few times and overall this is a good DQ location. My order is always correct and the dining area seems clean. It would be nice if the app worked at this location, but it never seems too terribly busy so it’s not time consuming to order in person.
