This was my first time here, and I will never be back. I was very adamant about not being able to eat grits, so I substituted with double eggs so I thought. I get home and was very disappointed. Not only did they not give me what I ordered, the portion size is for a kid. I got 2 little pieces of bacon and 1 scrambled egg with grits that I said I couldn’t eat for $16.

The worst Samon patties I’ve ever taste .. It reminded me of hospital food .. The chef needs to re evaluated

Ordered DoorDash staff was helpful when order got lost and communicated well but I have never in my life ate dry dark meat chicken. For the price the chicken quarter was a baby chicken and very dry , the cole slaw was very watery , the collards were to spicy (not everyone likes spice) we've ordered breakfast before and haven't had any issues but will never order anything else due to 17$ plates for a quarter chicken not sure what this other stuff is but. Think a type of bread it's burnt

order the Roosevelt, which is the salmon coquette plates with grapes and eggs. The salmon croquette was very salty and not done. Grits and eggs had no seasoning taste like they just cooked. will not be back.

This was my second time here (first time a couple years ago and the experience was great)!!! When I remembered I could get exactly what I was craving there I ran to Donyas!!! When I tell you my feelings were so hurt!!! The portion size have changed (especially for the price $18 for this plate!) My eggs looked like scrambled mixed with boiled eggs! Grits soupy, the salmon looked sooo pretty but was more breading than salmon!!! The reviews lined up with my judgement bc I LITERALLY STOPPED (while trying to eat this mess) to go look at the reviews and INSTANTLY GOT PISSED!! It was DEFINITELY A LESSON LEARNED!!!

The turkey chops are well seasoned and crispy but the rice needs to be something more than yellow like some herbs chicken stock something.

Nasty Nasty Nasty. My eggs were discolored and very bland grits no seasoning and salmon a big clump of dough, no salmon. She offered a refund or replacement. I told her to keep it. Do better. This was unacceptable to serve to any customer.

I ordered the steak, Mac n cheese and fried okra. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen. The Mac n cheese literally made me gag. The steak was tender and well seasoned but had an after taste. The grill may have been burnt or rusty not sure. The fried okra was probably the only thing edible. A waste of money!!!! That Mac n cheese though……. Not returning!

What a wonderful quaint little place to eat. We were visiting family on both sides for the weekend. The food was delicious. The next time we visit ALT, we will stop by again.

I ordered through Uber eats from Donya's Kitchen for the first time. I love it. It was a buy one get one free pork chop sandwich. Its a nice big portion both sandwiches. I was hesitant at first to try Donya's Kitchen because of the reviews. I gave it a shot and I love it.
8/6 I just tried their rib tips dinner with their kool-aid. Amazing food! Hit the spot♥️♥️

Food portion is terrible considering I spent $50 for two plates. The service was terrible and wait time was long. The store was hot as well, I will not be going back.
