(Concourse B location, near B9-12.) The food was ok, but the customer service was probably the worst, most unprofessional interaction i've ever experienced. Between the workers being half awake and not paying attention to what was going on, to nearly yelling out the order when completed with no kindness or professionalism at all, it was so bad that i had to write about it in hopes they see and improve.

Avoid this place. They’re forget about your order, even though you put your order through a real person. You’ll stand there for 15 minutes and they’ll just think you’re watching them for fun. Terrible service. Not even a sorry from the workers. Manager refunded me but who wants to board a flight hungry. Boooooo Freshens 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

If only zero was an option. I got a strawberry smoothie. It barely tastes like strawberry I tase ice and under ripe white strawberry. And they give you this pathetic non plastic straw. Can barely hear the staff not very friendly.

The smoothie was extremely sweet and distasteful. At $14 I expected it to be at least good. I asked for a refund and the manager or owner I’m not sure who she was, became very upset and refused to provide a refund. If you want a nasty smoothie and attitudes, go here.

I’d like to give a shout out to Freeman’s yogurt, C Concourse employees Atlanta Hartsville international Airport. My shout out is for Parker, and Timarah. The employees at this establishment are very professional, very courteous, always greet us with a smile every time we patronize this establishment. The yogurt is amazing very filling and has a great taste. My coworkers and I love freshens yogurt on C Concourse Atlanta airport thank you so very much..

BEFORE FLYING OUT, I MADE A STOP AT FRESHEN AND IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! THE TEAM MEMBERS WERE ON POINT WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT MOST OF ALL THE MANAGER TYRICEE WAS SO GENUINE AND POLITE! Worst crêpe I’ve ever had. They must be pre-made because this thing was ice cold and leathery. Forget about cutting it. Its barely possible to bite it. Literally first thing they list on their sign is crêpes. So I assume everything here kinda sucks. I guess the decision to name it freshëns was a marketing tactic that cared nothing about honesty. Nothing is fresh about what they just served me.

Waiting for my flight, first time stopping by Freshen. The Manager Tyricee was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the KC BBQ Rice Bowl and an Orange Sunrise. I’m not a smoothie person but I I will be back . Everything was delicious and the service was great. 👍🏽

I travel to Atlanta a few times a week and I have to say my experience at Freshens over the weekend was amazing. The Manager and staff on duty was so friendly and my Thai bowl was made to perfection. I hope they are there when I’m back on the 20th.
