Shoronta was delivering amazing good service this morning as she does every week. I choose Great wraps every week before my flight because I enjoy the egg and sausage wrap to get my morning going and the value it provides. This morning was a little different experience in that she is usually on the register taking orders however this morning she was taking orders and making the food as well. She never missed a beat. She didn't let the fact that she was working alone get in the way of her being pleasant and serving with a smile as I have come to expect from her. Three weeks ago I stopped by Great wraps for breakfast as I do every week and she was not in the register not taking orders she was making the orders. The gentleman on the register taking orders was the absolutely wrong person to have representing the company and it's values. He was not friendly, didn't smile, his arms were folded when I approached the counter, I felt like I was enemy instead of the customer and a loyal one at that. I missed her that day so much I almost went to another place in the airport for breakfast. But I didn't. Instead I shared that experience with everyone who would listen. The reason I'm in the airport every week is because I am a Leadership develpment consult for 30 years and work with clients all over the world. I have used her obvious pride in what she does as an example of what employee work passion looks like and how it is drives customer loyalty. This is leadership in action. I can only hope the leadership team at Great Wrap recognize this in her and vales her contribution to the the company goals, values and it's brand. Please take the time to recognize her for making my hectic travel schedule better when see someone like her who gets it.

Over 2 hours to go until closing and they have two items on the menu available out of a dozen things

They were rushing me to come forward to order, and when I ordered the gyro, the lady asked “is that all?” I guess I hesitated a second, looking at the drink choices (not on the menu, just at the fountain. She said that my order would be tea in a minute. I looked at my receipt and then realized that I could have got a combo with chips for a dollar more. I offered to pay the difference, and she said you can’t do that, you had to have ordered a combo. They didn’t try to upsell or helpfully offer the combo, or let me change it out. In addition, it’s fast food at the counter, and they still ask for a tip. And no sauces offered.

Terrible service, items missing from the order

They charged for all the add-ons, but multiple items I added were not in my Loaded Greek Gyro Bowl. If they didn't have items, they should not have charged me. This is probably an illegal practice.

Nathan cooked an amazing spicy gyro sandwich and Marianne was a great person taking our orders. Best place on Concourse A in Atlanta airport!

They don't know what they're doing. Leaning while talking over the food they are serving. Taking very long for each simple order. Dine in and takeout does not make a difference. Retrain the staff at this restaurant, please.

Terrible service, the female worker seems has no enthusiasm at work, when there was no eggs, she did not even apologize to the customers, no coffee but you still be able to order from the screen. Very disorganized, do not go there to order

Honestly, if I could give a 0 I would. The lady that gave me my order was giving me an attitude when I asked for the other half of my order, so I had my husband go up there. He ordered a coffee that was clearly on our receipt and the cashier said “you didn’t get charged for a coffee” then why would it be on our receipt. My husband asked for sunny side up eggs on his breakfast plate & they gave him scrambled. We won’t be coming back.

Ordered the chicken and avocado wrap with no sauce. When I sat on plane and opened my lunch, it was NOT chicken and avocado but beef with sauce and onions all in it. Needless to say, I threw it away and had no lunch! I have not eaten beef in over 40 years (and no raw onions).
Do not go to this place or you better open your wrap to see what they really put in it.

They need to pay attention that they are giving the correct order to the correct person!

The worst bowl I’ve ever had. The so-called “gyro” was nothing but a piece of dough with random seasoning. The sauce tasted like garlic mayo instead of proper yogurt, completely wrong. On top of that, the service was unpleasant—the girl was rude and dismissive. Absolutely not recommended.
