Harold's Chicken & Ice Bar Old National

My experiences at Harold’s Chicken and Ice Bar are usually pleasant and enjoyable. However, this particular time wasn’t the best as I was hoping it would be. I came around 1 in the afternoon during the Happy Hour special. I was able to seat myself and my company with no problem so there was hardly any wait time. We were greeted and our orders were taken accordingly. It was once our orders were taken, that it would soon turn into an unpleasant situation. It appeared that only one server was working at the time my company and I arrived. Our food and drinks were arriving relatively slow to where we had locate our server for our orders as well as our drinks. While Im relatively patient, For it to have taken excessively long with receiving our orders truly is unfortunate.

.What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community. It’s the kind of bar where you walk in alone and leave with new friends. The laughter, the camaraderie, and the unspoken rule that everyone belongs make it feel like something out of a TV show—except it’s real, and it’s right here. If you’re looking for a spot that feels like home ( Friendly staff, good food and awesome drinks 🍹 ) this is the place.

Come here on the regular food is always fresh and the vibe is unmatched…Fatima is by far the best server ever she attends to her customers and her customer service is top notch very down to earth and she moves with a since of urgency! Definitely will request her every time I come💜

The place was nice, my server was nice but the service wasn’t terrible , I waited 40 mins for a Cesar salad . Also I will never use my card coming too this place again, I might not even come back due to the fact that the cashier tipped herself with my card . I even wrote what the total would be and the total didn’t include a tip .

I may have ordered the wrong thing, but I would say the brocoli and mashed potatoes were not what I expected. I did, however, finish my grill chicken breast, for it was tender and seasoned perfectly. Customer service was great. My waiter was pretty attentive. I would stick with bar food next time, maybe wings or burger.

The manger last night was very rude and unprofessional the waitress was very rude as well it started with our wings and fries first off the wings were warm not piping hot like they claimed to be made to order and the fries were ice cold so we ask the waitress could we have some fresh fries not knowing that they would bring us the fries 15 minutes later also only one plate and it was supposed to be two of them and 7 minutes after the other plate came out by this time our food is ice cold mind you we didn’t eat anything so when we asked if we could get our food remade it was a problem and the manager just said we had to pay for it no remakes or anything he walked away and never came back to work things out
and the waitress allowed a stranger to play in my food as if he was a staff member telling me he will call the police if our broke ass didn’t pay an leave
also they still wanted us to pay for cold food was not willing to remake actually argue with me about my food even though he was there to begin with the staff informed me he stepped out overall I’m very disappointed in this place the owner needs to check his employees especially when we we’re nice and friendly would never go there again and I will not be suggesting it to friends or family

Honestly if it wasn’t for koi I wouldn’t come at all. This is the best bartender, funny and knows how to make a bomb ass drunk too.

Great customer service, good food. I had the salmon salad. My friend had salmon, fries, sautéed broccoli and rice, and he had hookah service.

I’ve came once before and food and drinks are great! However today I came and got the chicken pasta and lemon drops which are on special for after work. However I was rang in for don julio reposado which costed more than the entire meal and I asked for TAP/HOUSE. With two guests our pastas were 15 dollars and the two drinks were 28 when it was not what I asked for. I’m not sure if the server was trying to upcharge to gain more tip but I was disappointed. If the lemon drops are on special then it should be assumed that’s what someone is ordering when specifying tap not don julio.
