Overall this is a nice hotel restaurant.. better than most. Unfortunately the management of it is very poor and I was treated very badly by the hostess Jamaya who made sit in the lobby waiting for a table while the restaurant was empty (and I had to run to a work meeting..) only to then sit other people ahead of me, immediately as they arrived, while I waited under her eyes. Only when I came upset she gave me a table and didn't even apologize for her discriminatory behavior. Having spent the whole week at this hotel I found Veronica to be amazing and hope the Sheraton has the good sense to restaff the restaurant with people like her since it is the only place to eat near the hotel.

Very slow morning service. Was sitting for 20 mins before they came to take my order, and 1 hour before I had my food. I was asked to pay while I am still eating, this server kept pressuring me to ear while I am chewing, I asked that I will do it when I am done eating, she replies “ no do it now”. Will not be back!

Excellent service. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Fast, friendly service was very attentive to our large party. Quincia did an excellent job and was very friendly.

Had the Chicken Cesar salad for dinner and peach cobbler for desert. Fantastic!

This was a step up from the typical hotel restaurant. Appetizer and main courses were very well prepared. Shandi was our waitress. She was professional and had a very friendly attitude and smile. The DJ playing in the lobby chose some great tunes that we enjoyed during dinner. I recommend this restaurant.

This is a fairly standard hotel restaurant connected to the main lobby of the hotel. It is easy walking distance from the Convention Center hotels.

Based on the existing reviews, I chose this restaurant over the others nearby. The good news is that the service was excellent. The people were friendly, efficient, and quick.

The decor is generic, but just fine.

The food itself was mixed. The wine and fries were good, but the blackened chicken sandwich was moderately overcooked and sometimes quite chewy. Tasted fine, though.

The prices were high, but as expected for an airport hotel with no competition nearby. Therefore I gave it 4 stars. Not as good as it could be, but mostly as expected.

One last point. On this particular Friday night, they had a lobby DJ playing loud somewhat distorted music starting around 7:30pm. Don't go then if you want a quiet meal.

the blackened shrimp tacos are awesome 🤩

The restaurant chose to not open for lunch even though I had reservation for well over a week. This caused me to have make last second plan changes as my meeting attendees arrived.

The food was great after a long day of traveling, but the service was even BETTER! Thank you to Angela and Adama!

Good food, clean, service excellent. I meet friends there for dinner when I'm in town for business. I can only speak about the restaurant. It can be noisy, but bar noisy so it's fun. Had live music on my last visit. Very nice.
