Let me start off saying this customer service is every thing this was my first time visiting this location on last Saturday around 3 something we walked in the lady spoke she had dreads in her head with a NASTY ATTITUDE me & my dude set at the bar she gave us menus so i asked my dude do he still won’t to eat her cause how her attitude was he like yeah let try them out cool so she got our drinks I had a sex on the beach mild wings with Maccheese he had 10 piece lemon pepper with fries & a beef patty so we get the food first off the Mac cheese was cold & nasty so my dude eating his chicken which they was over cooked so he asked her and he don’t complain hey who is the cook cause look at my wings so I’m like my Mac cheese was cold so at this point she still gotta attitude cause her release ain’t come in time so I’m going off on her cause at this point who u think u having attitude with where we spending our money at no ma’am so I’m like get the manager so the manager who is so cool with her employees instead of her job I’m like the Mac cheese was cold she fix our food remind yall we came on happy hour our bill was $70.00 so my dude pay for me I’m like if I was spending my money they would’ve got nothing I will not be coming to this location & eat never again

Pulled up to Jamerican Bar & Grill around 6 with my boys and STAR took care of us. Real cool vibe, kept the energy right, and her smile ain’t something you forget. Food was solid, but STAR the reason we’ll be back for sure.

Food is soooooo good been coming here everyday all week. So good is all I can say them lamb chops and turkey wings are something special and today I tried the fried fish which was amazing so it’s literally nothing they can’t do

Chill atmosphere. I ordered to go.
No long wait time either. I woukd definitely eat this meal again. My only downside is that it’s just not enough oxtail or meat on the oxtail. The pieces & portions is so inconsistent but still good nonetheless the less

Love the staffs, food, dj music was most definitely on point. The hookah was great, the only thing was the drink was a bit too sweet and not strong enough. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

The food is always good and the service is consistently solid. However, I do have an issue with how the food is packaged. I usually don’t order yams, but decided to try them this time. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing that again — they were drenched in gravy and I only received four small pieces. I’ve attached pictures for reference. I recommend using foil or separate containers for certain items to avoid this issue.

Something is diffe=ent about this location. The signage inside is not the same, the food quality has fell off. My go to dish is curry goat, this time no curry flavor and the goat meat was suspect. It seems like they bought into the franchise but are not following the standards thst I remember well. If you are not following the franchise recipe, then change the name, because you are not Golden Krust the way you operate today.

Went there and got some food. We're very disappointed with the portion size, cold food, and brownstew chicken, and rice and peas that tasted and looked like it was cooked from the day before. Will not go back and don't recommend.

My mom and I came here to get something different to eat we noticed that they had a semicircle booth against the walls we headed over to grab a table over there as we were told to pick a table. However it wasn't until we headed for the booths against the wall that we were told that we would have to pick one of those tables on the main floor we almost left from that point because the experience was not good and left a bad impression, but we decided to stay and sit down. We placed our orders. They did not check to see if we needed refills but only once the rest of the time we had to ask for refills, the food came out and it was not the best when we got our ticket. It showed a high service charge. For using a card and a gradual fee up under auto gratuity, and when we asked about it, we were told that it automatically Over $30 we paid for everything got up and left I would not recommend due to the bad experience and attitude due to not being told ahead of time of the fees that would apply to certain orders and something that stood out as well. When we got there it was practically like a Ghost Town because there were only a handful of people there.

Pool tables are trash. They should not charge for slanted, damaged tables, cool spot though.
