JAMERICAN BAR AND GRILL

I placed an order for Jamerican Bar and Grill through InstaCart which uses Uber Eats. I contacted instacart immediately to let them know that the wings were not fresh and they tasted as if they had been reheated. They just said that they would make a note. I had eaten only two and they made me sick! My stomach started hurting in the middle of the night and I was vomiting and had diarrhea! You all should not be serving people old food!!

Food was really good. Customer service fast and efficient. I would go back.

Employees were not super attentive as we had to approach the bar multiple times to get service when we did see Employees going to other tables to take orders. I ordered rasta pasta and it was completely flavorless and watery, I was quite disappointed. There were a few spots that had good backgrounds for picture taking.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Burnt bread and dry rasta pasta with no chicken for $18 with added gratuity and service charges is not cool! I've been to this spot a few times and never had a problem with the food until last night. You can see the bread is burnt, so why serve it? Train the weekend cooks and stop adding bogus charges if the quality and experience is trash!

I love the food here, but beware of hidden charges on your bill. They charge a service fee automatically for no reason, and they have auto gratuity added. The prices have also increased. Mac and cheese is now $8!!! I hope they tighten up, cause this place has potential. These business owners try to get rich quick instead of playing the long game and building authentic customer relationships.

Very disappointed. Just paid $28 for a veggie plate with all rice and a cranberry juice. This is not cranberry juice and for this to be a $17 plate there should definitely be more rice. A waste of my money and time.

Had a credit because of a previous order wasn’t good. I decided to go with what I’ve had before as it was delicious the previous time. Order the curried goat and was not satisfied with the bones and fat that I got. There was probably about 2 pieces of meat without bone and fat. It use to be a hit every time but the quality has gone down on the last few experiences. The savage was good tho should’ve just tried to order a plate of that. I’m not spending money here anymore ima done.

I love, love this place!!! Star at the bar is amazing! She welcomes you as soon as you enter the restaurant. Prices are great, portion size is good, and food is ALWAYS fresh!

Stopped by for lunch. $4 menu was great had the curry chicken and rice with peas, fried fish and cabbage.. nice portion size and good food.. prepare fresh.

The food was okay for me. Something was going on with the rice (soft and hard). Had a small jerk chicken with rice and oxtail gravy. Great customer service and restaurant nice decor. Check them out!

It took a while for our food to come out and our appetizer ended up coming out after our entrées. I had forgotten we had ordered them. I ordered the grilled salmon rasta pasta. The pasta itself was a bit below room temperature and could've used a bit more seasoning but the salmon was fresh and hot! We ordered the jerk chicken egg rolls, but never got around to tasting them. The drinks weren't bad, but they weren't great either. But for $7, I won't complain too much. The DJ was playing some good music from the 90s, but none of it was reggae...I was still jamming tho! I'll give them another try. Could've just been an off night.
