The young lady at the counter on 10/24 around lunch time was just wonderful with such a good attitude . Outstanding service and super polite . Great recommendations as well .

I ordered some honey hot wings, but instead I was given plain HOT wings which was way too spicy for me. When I went back to the cashier (the Hispanic lady with braces who took my order) she was rude and dismissive, insisting I had ordered hot wings. I even offered to grab my receipt from the car, but she checked the order slip right in front of her which clearly said HONEY HOT ! Instead of correcting the mistake, she shoved a bottle of honey at me and told me to drizzle it on myself since “all that was missing was the honey” saying that I already had the hot wings so just drizzle the honey on top.

The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Never again !

I will definitely not be back. I order a 10 pc honey hot combo. They weren't honey hot they were HOT!! I couldn't sleep that night. This is day 2 of not being able to eat because something was wrong with them wings!!! Never again

Food nasty especially fish. Food unseasoned and tartar sauce taste like nothing but dill pickles.

I just had the most nasty experience with the front counter. Let’s start off by saying he didn’t speak when I came in because he was too busy on his phone. I waited for 5 mins before he even acknowledged me. I ordered the food and i specifically asked him what comes in the rive and not one time did he say it came with onions. Needless to say when it came out it had onions. I told him it wasn’t suppose to have onions. His reply was that I didn’t tell him but if I asked you what comes in the rice and you don’t say onions then onions shouldn’t be in the food.
Furthermore then he started speaking Spanish to the cook lying about his mistake he made. She comes out and doesn’t offer to remake it but tells me she’s busy and can’t remake it. The whole time the young man is speaking Spanish talking about me like I’m not understanding what he is saying. I have never been shown so much from the entire staff
About mistakes they made. I will be sure to tell everyone not to go there.
