You guys just don’t care, you claim you knew about the issue but yet you don’t have any police there it was just two security one at the front door and one at the back. You didn’t have any the the parking lot. You was jut concerned how the safety of you club. I spent over a $100 in you establishment and now it is going to cost me $600.as I say this is not the place for you safety, don’t go there

The tall guy behind the bar was rude & over charged me for drinks I never ordered. We dint know each other but it was hard not to take my experience personal. Would not recommend.

Mangi Villa

Came here for the seductive drinks. Ordered a mega margarita which was WEAK. I had to request an extra 2 shots to make it descent. Pricing is fair ($25 mega margarita & $6 shots) but they could’ve done better. The place is nice and clean. However, the smell of Clorox and slippery floors were not a nice look. Can’t comment on the food because we only went for drinks. Music was great!

Would not recommend this place first and formost we waited to be seated a good 20 mins tables were not full they was understaffed places our order at 4:30 never received our order placed our drink orders at the same time we didn’t receive them either we had to personally get up from our table to go get our drinks at the bar. After all that we was trying to inform our waitress about what was going on she told us she wasn’t our waitress anymore that she had passed our table to someone else. We ended up having to talk to the manger. Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Cool vibe but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We orders two meals, only received one. They tried to charge for water we never received. We were told to seat ourselves and learned we sat in a section at a table that cost $25 per person (but wasn’t marked). The fries were bomb. Worst spent $100 ever.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. We waited on some beef nachos for almost 2 hours. Enough said SMH

I literally just pulled out the parking lot and this restaurant was trash. I arrived at 12:45 and sat at the bar with my guest. The bartender didn’t speak until he was ready, then we ordered the mega margarita, chicken and waffles, 8 piece sweet chili wings and a sunny side up burger with fries. We waited patiently for a hour and finished the mega margarita. The food never came because they stated the kitchen was short handed, so I got the check (the mega margarita was $32) paid cash and we left. Now it’s 3 points that made this a really bad first impression, first we came to have lunch before work and we are both still hungry, second is that the lack of communication and lack of good service from the bar, and finally after having people waiting for they food the least you could do is cover the drink for the inconvenience. I will not be returning and I’m posting on all my social media how horrible this place is, and I have a huge following.

Rude staff behind the bar Friday evening 2/23/24 as if they didn’t want to be at work. I was also advised the female was a manager shame on Madhouse.

I’m a restaurant manager and I have never seen where they don’t care about their customers. Guests slipping everywhere no wet floor signs and customers just slipping and falling everywhere

Don't know if it's because it was a Thursday night in Atlanta, National Margarita Day, or they are always a popular spot but wouldn't recommend unless you have hours to wait on a table. Stopped by Madhouse after arriving in Atlanta for dinner and it was jam packed. Parking is atrocious and what the hostess told us would be a 20-minute wait turned into about an hour and 15 minute wait. They say that they have a two-hour table limit but there were tables who received their checks while we were waiting that were still there by the time we left! We turned into hawks stalking their prey the way we were spread out across the restaurant looking for a table to open up. Once we finally got seated, they started karaoke, which was very entertaining. We ordered some drinks and I got the trashcan. While I felt something, I was expecting more from a drink that big. To eat, we all got the wings and they were GOOD. In Atlanta you can't sell wings if they're not and they didn't not disappoint. Worth the wait? I don't know but they definitely cured the rising hanger in the group. If I was to return, I would definitely do things differently next time now that I can see how they operate and know what I'm getting myself into.

The Mgr is very rude she harassed us all night. she needs to be fired the cook spent more time on the floor than making food people walked out left and right. half my party got there food other half never got there food. the sever was very sweet she was very apologetic for how the manager was treating us. They are very short staff. I love the vibe and been going there for a while this was my worst experience. The manger she is light skin don't no her name she did not care about people getting food just over pack the place soon as you paid rather you still drinking she telling you have to leave without finishing your drinks. she was very rude to numerous people. let her go yall will lose plenty of business.
