Stayed here as a stopover before flying back to UK after 3 wks in USA. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. Free shuttle to and from domestic terminals. However, you’re miles from downtown Atlanta so you are caught in the hotel food trap which was lovely but extortionately expensive. However, we were tired and just wanted to eat and sleep. Lovely pool areas and towels. Hotel let us keep room til 3 pm
I stay at this hotel pretty often for work. Usually about once a month. The last time I was here I had a fantastic experience. It was raving about it to colleagues. However, my July 2023 visit was a different story. It started when I entered my room and noticed that I did not have the dental kit or the grooming kit that I requested. I did not have any bottled water. And I also did not have a robe. Also in my shower, it appears that the shelf is barely hanging on by the screws....
