The person who waited on us was a very nice lady, unfortunately the fries didnt have any salt on them and the store was out of ketchup. The Big Mac wasn't the best one I ever had, but it wasn't the worst either.

Very Disappointing Experience!
They didn’t have Coke available, which is pretty ridiculous for McDonald’s. On top of that, the fries were cold while the chicken nuggets were warm but not fresh. If you’re going to mess up the basics, what’s the point? Definitely not worth the stop, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Came here this morning to get food and the staff was rude and the service was just ridiculous. The quality of the food was not great as well. They were also moving very slow as well and not sure why because it weren’t that many people in line. The lobby was also closed at 6-7 AM that was also unfortunate. Will I return to this location? NEVER 👎

This was a very horrible experience One I placed my order and the machine doesn't give me a receipt just two large iced coffee and I had to go back to get my coffee to taste like caramel something so simple and the customer service was so horrible will definitely not return.

Y’all beware of ordering delivery from this location, the employees like to refuse to make orders FREQUENTLY and waste your time and drivers’s time. They also like to close early and ignore customers.

To the owner, keep letting your employees be shady and you’ll have complaints lodged against you to the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection Office. As well as McDonalds Corporate.

This McDonald’s is a complete disaster. I visited this location for the first time to get my mom and brother some food. I had a special deal, so I tried to present the code to the cashier. The first red flag was when I pulled up and no one acknowledged me for about 3-4 minutes. Then, I asked, “Hello, are you ready?” It felt like there was no greeting when I arrived.

When I reached the window to use the code, the cashier informed me that it wasn’t working. This was the first time I’d been to a McDonald’s and couldn’t use my code. I asked her to scan my app if that was acceptable. She took my phone and said, “It’s still not working.” At this point, I was already annoyed.

I proceeded to pay, but then I asked if I could pay in partial amounts using my card and the rest in cash. She agreed. I told her how much I wanted to spend on my card, and she charged my card for the entire amount. I asked her to cancel the card payment and put the correct amount I had specified. She refused, saying she couldn’t do a refund. I hadn’t asked for a refund; I had asked to cancel the card payment. She continued to refuse, so I paid the remaining amount in cash because I was already upset.

I decided to give this McDonald’s another chance the next day, hoping for a better experience. As soon as I pulled up, the same thing happened. There was no greeting, and I had to wait a few minutes before ordering. I told the cashier that I had a reward for a $2 Mc’crispy, and I gave her the code. She again informed me that it wasn’t working. I just pulled off and will not be returning to this location. You need to train your employees better. This is ridiculous!
