I rather go to the one in Riverdale or union city then this one on old nat they are so slow I only ordered 1 mchicken and I order at 2:22 it’s now 2:38 and I still haven’t and reach the speaker I’m writing this while in the freaking drive thru making me late to work this is terrible and I don’t want to waste my points either the the customer support sucks 🤦🏽♀️

I went Through drive thur order one thing just to get an order completely different. Only thing I like about this experience. Is when I took it back the cashier she was nice and fix the problem. But when we told them what happened the cook and managers had some smart to say. Like they didn’t mess up the order. Thank God for my medication and counseling sessions. Because people will really try you.

Very disrespectful I had to wait in the drive thru for an hour just for two biscuits and a frappe and on top of that they gave me the wrong biscuits and didn’t even give my frappe very disappointing I used to work here and this place was filled with hard working people dedicated to there work and kind to the customers now there just lazy people that have an attitude like if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else
