Steak and egg bagel was so freak chewy and upsetting the hashbrowns were not fresh. Steak had something hard in it that almost broke my tooth. Just not a good day, I’ll stick to getting coffee only. Wish I could get my $10 back!!

Some big girl workin the front had the audacity to catch an attitude bc my 3yo was playing in the playground at 730 pm. Saying it was closed and she didn’t want to clean it. Maybe somebody should refresh her on the correct protocol. The worker on break was even told her “it’s only 730”. You should just stay at home if that’s your attitude.

I recommend avoiding this place. The service is particularly slow, especially if you choose counter service. They seem to prioritize drive-thru orders over customers in the store. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone took my order. I understand that times are tough, but good customer service makes a significant difference.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I ordered DoorDash $50 worth of food only got $25 worth of it called 6 times so pick up my husband went up their with the receipt and explained we only got half of our food and they told us their was nothing they could do with a bag I’ve never had a problem with McDonald’s like this usually it’s only one to two items not their but half of the whole order and then my husband had to go repay for half of the order because they wouldn’t give us the food we rightfully paid for or even refund us!
Manager was rude and employees took 35 min to pick up a order that should have been ready when I walked in the store manager proceeded to rush me when asking for the number I was waiting on after waiting 25 minutes prior then it still took an additional 10+ min to get it when you have to wait already then on top of it manager rude and he wasn't even in a mcd uniform he had on street clothes won't never shop here again

Ordered a cheeseburger bundle and when I received my fries they were halfway filled. I then asked for them to be filled and was told to wait. Proceeded to have to wait 20 minutes and still received no assistance. Definitely the worst location, won’t be back.

Will not be returning. Customer service is poor, and these women are stealing. Lines be super long, and I would have been late for work if I sat inside and waited for my money. I asked for a refund because I could no longer wait. Instead of giving me my refund, I was charged an additional $2.07, and I was only given back $2.07 although I payed over $10.00 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, two hash browns and a small coke.
