Slow is an understatement.

The amount of time it takes to get a to go order, you might as well sit inside. Arrived at 7:10PM to pick up an order and still here at 7:48 waiting. As a pregnant women, sitting at the bar in this low AC and not offered any water or anything is just crazy to me.

I overheard they’re short staffed and it looks like a bunch of kids back there as it is summer, but some realistic updates would be great. Saying 6 minutes every 10 minutes is ridiculous.

Not to add there’s 4 other people waiting on orders and after about 20 minutes somehow everyone has left and I’m still here waiting.

I’ll give an update whenever I can finally get this order for a simple pepperoni pizza.

Update: Finally received order at 7:52. It was placed on the counter next to me without as much as a sorry for the wait or nothing. SMH

Mellow Mushroom in College Park never disappoints. The star of the show is undoubtedly their pizza dough, which strikes the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. My go-to is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza the spicy buffalo sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese are a match made in heaven. Their Pepperoni Pizza is also a solid choice, with high-quality pepperoni and a flavorful sauce.

The atmosphere at Mellow Mushroom is always inviting, with colorful murals and plenty of TVs for sports fans. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

This pizza is very bad🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢

I normally frequent the other locations because they have amazing food and QUALITY SERVICE however I am closer to this location and every single time I come in here they are BEYOND RUDE. I don’t understand what their issue is but it’s disgusting the racism experienced at this location! Do better or close down completely!

Great experience here! The pizza was delicious, and plentiful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the drink was a little more potent than I needed, considering I have responsibilities this evening. I asked for something sweet & fruity. The Disco Peach was quite strong. Otherwise, excellent- and the atmosphere was great- love the music!

Terrible experience with a to go order. Was over 30 minutes late. And then they didn’t even get the salad we ordered made. I would never place a to go order with them again.
