DO NOT EAT HERE ! They are very rude and unprofessional! My husband visited the store with his service animal and was verbally ATTACKED BY THE MANAGER! YES THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT! Even when my husband showed her his ADA card she still cursed him out and made him feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed I normally go to this store without our service dog but today my husband visited the store alone so he needed his SERVICE ANIMAL! Not only will I be suing and contacting ADA about this establishment but I hope this business gets shut down it’s always attitudes and they run out of everything the food is ok some days but everything is high at cost but very little portions not to mention the customer service skills suck from the employees to the owner ! They might need to go back to New Orleans because this isn’t southern hospitality! They refused to give my husband a receipt and when I called up to the restaurant the owner answered with a very nasty attitude! And when I asked her about the situation and did they know the law she stated “ yeah I did do that because he ain’t have a vest on “lie!! Then proceeded to hang up . One thing I can say is I thank the lord I changed my life because had this been 5 yrs ago idk what would have taken place thank god for growth but I am suing !
The food was really tasteful!Very authentic.I'll definitely be back.
Tried to place a call in order. Some young dummy answered the phone and claimed they were out of jambalaya. I called back to ask if they had red beans and she said no. So I asked what sides did they have and she hung up the phone in my face. From what I see this business can't afford to hang up in customers faces. It appears to be barely making it and the food is average at best. Please teach this little dummy some manners. This happened on 12/30 at 4:40 pm.
I am originally from New Orleans and I stopped by the restaurant today, December 14 and bought me a hot sausage Poboy it was so delicious remind me of home, so if you’re looking for some good food, y’all need to stop by is the real deal
Kid-friendliness: The guy who waited on me, was very friendly and helpful
Parking: I do not know the address that is on camp creek parkway in Potomac Drive
Bread was stale, but food is good. Loved that shrimp nachos. Dude just needs to know not everyone eats hot sauce on there plate. I will return again and again!
I have been a patron of New Orleans Po Boys for some time but on 10/26/2022 I had a really bad experience. For the money money the po boys were small and the portions skimpy. My half oyster half shrimp had 4 oysters and 6 shrimp. I paid over 30 dollars for these sandwiches and I didn't get my money's worth. The second po boy I bought on one side was half a hot sausage patty. What's up?
Vegetarian options: Maybe in the future serve salads and not as much fried food
My experience when I walked in was good talking to the cashier until the cook came out talking about my order . He said I couldn’t get this with that and It was weird the cashier told me I can get a side it really was not that serious till I seen the plate my main this was not the main dish I paid way to much for my plate to look like nothing on it THIS IS OVER RATED for no reason .
I work close to this location ive been here before. I am a New Orleans native born and raised. Im in my 50's and grew up eating hot sausage poor boys this by far exceeded my expectations. I will be back.... They must have changed cooks...
The catfish was not seasoned at all and had a funny after taste. Also, the red beans and rice was made with hotdogs. I will not be returning to eat here ever. It’s always a problem with something. If they run out of something they won’t tell you they’ll replace it with another item and hope you don’t notice. They’ve done it to me several times. I’m done with them. Y’all have fun,
The meat looked old and tasted of poor quality. I was given only one piece of fish on my plate. My sides were extremely small. Only a couple of tablespoons of red beans with a tablespoon of rice on top. Don't taste like the food back home in Louisiana.

Wow this food was amazing, it took a little long but that's because everything was fried fresh! The service was friendly and welcoming .... I'll definitely be back!
Terrible food and service extremely unprofessional. I received undercooked over breaded pork chops and over breaded fried brocolli first time. gave it one more try because it's the only place close by and received a $10 fish sandwich that looked fit for a toddler in which I also had to wait ten minutes to order it because the 2 ppl that were there were taking a LITERAL NAP to where I could see them sleeping and they couldn't hear me saying hello and trying to wake them up until 10 mins later. Needless to say i will never be back....
Not that I expected 5 star service, however when I arrived to the store as I’m looking over the menu, as it is my first time. Someone in the store approaches me and has regular small talk, the old man at the register then raises his voice to say “can I help you!” And I say “one moment” he then proceeds mouthing things rudely, and eventually says “he has other things to do”. I assured him that he could have definitely gone to do those things as I was still going to be looking over the menu. However, because of his behavior I decided to take my business elsewhere. So if you believe in supporting businesses that appreciate your service, this AIN’T it!
Baaaaabyy i decided to go.....they dont skimp on the snoball juice...super sweet and good......i tried to order everything on the menu?no red beans on the day i went (Saturday) but i ordered the bayou burger, hot sausage sandwich, WHOLE shrimp po boy, soul rolls.....kiss the chef......its so good yall....and authentic nola cuisine for my new orleanians?no pictures cuz i had to try everything and aint had time?its that good!
I used to buy Poboys from this location before the pandemic and I decided today to try them out again. The sandwich can be better. Perhaps they are under new management, I was not pleased with my meal. Total cost was over $30 and I had to throw most of it in the trash. The shrimp were fried in old oil that needed to be changed. I asked for oysters to be added and they were tasteless. I purchased two pieces of cake and when I got home, they were not included in my order. Nearly $10 toss aside. Their neighbors around the restaurant enjoy the snow cones. They looked tempting but too much sugar for me.
