Piece of Cake / Boars Head used to be my go to spot when traveling. I would stop at terminal A just to get food then go to my departing terminal, but not no more. The service is non existent. This morning they were only providing drip coffee because they didnt have enough people. Reality they are lazy and didnt want to work to serve their customers. As for the Boars head side, they are no longer making sandwiches/wraps to order. I have news for you, people have food allergies and need items a certain way. This doesn't take long to provide but again not willing to work to provide service. Done with both these places. Dont go to these.

The coffee was great, the cake not so much. I picked up two different cupcakes (caramel & white chocolate) both were like cornbread. The icing was nice but that's all I can say was good about the deserts.

Service was awful. Asked cashier- Maya if the unlabeled croissant was Almond only to bite into some form of chocolate praline which was terrible and stale. There was no offer to warm it. Stopped a manager who thankfully replaced it but still nothing from the cashier or an apology. Ordered a hot white chocolate mocha got an iced latte with no white chocolate. Staff seemed chaotic and frustrated. You don’t expect much at an airport but this was far below even that level of expectation.

I saw this place when I was walking through the Atlanta airport so decided to stop. I purchased a slice of German Chocolate cake, which is my favorite. It was delicious! I am trying to find out how to purchase a whole cake

Service was super slow, the cake was dry and flavorless, the price was super high for such a low quality slice of cake. They’re $8 per slice. There is also a lack of information on their slices/menu, it tells you the name of the slice but isn’t descriptive about details, for example: they do not list the frosting type (ie. buttercream, cream cheese, etc)

Ordered 20 minutes ago and still haven’t received my coffee. There are people who’ve been waiting longer than I have. This is unacceptable for an airport….people have flights to catch. At some point, employees need to come off the register to get orders out.

Coffee was ok but shocked to have to pay an additional two dollars to add some non- dairy milk- soy to my coffee. Some places do add a minimum amount for this special add on but this was extreme. As someone who doesn’t consume dairy feel it is a b discriminatory to be charged this much.. Will not return here .

This review is for the team and for the barista making coffee - they rocked it out, the line was long and the people waiting for coffee was five deep and they were kind, efficient and made a damned good espresso. They serve La Colombe espresso drinks there and it lives up to the reputation (and it can be hard to find a good cup of coffee in this airport). A bit pricey, but worth it to me ♥️

Bought 2 slices of strawberry cake from piece of cake 4/24/2025 at Concourse A at ATL airport and the cake had mold spores growing on the strawberries in the cake.
