I ordered my pizza on line it said 14 mins for pick up. I get there in roughly 35 mins, and no one is in the store, and i had to sit and wait 20 more minutes for my pizza. Like whhyyyy??!!! Soooo utterly disgusted !!! 1 of the lady workers was flirting with a customer, and just the overall experience was not the buisness.

First off, I would never mistakenly order from this place again. I ended up going to the one in Riverdale because that is where I thought I placed the order, but I was wrong, Online it says the order is ready so when I reached there and told him my name, the worker told me it was almost ready in 35 minutes, went by and it still wasn’t ready. I finally got my order and it was completely wrong. I do not like thin crust and that is what they gave me and I ordered the regular crust pizza. I told them that this was the wrong order that they didn’t get it right, but I was So exhausted I left because I didn’t wanna wait another 40 minutes or so for them to get my order right

I was charged 8.62 originally today the charge was updated to a different charge which I didn’t authorize I paid for the pizzas I received . I called the store on old national asked for the manager who was Deangelo he was very dismissive ..rude and unprofessional. That is stealing flat out it needs to be corrected immediately. I will allow time however all social media platforms will be alerted that this location goes in and charges your card afterwards the sale without authorization.

I walked in and notice it was no one behind the counter. The lady was out front smoking and talking on the phone. She never said she’ll be right with me nothing. Just standing out front on the phone like she has no job. Smoking out front is gross. Moral of the story is it was no one to take my order. I sat in my car and watched her finish her cancer stick and her conversation. Y’all can keep that pizza because I won’t be returning!

Ordered toppings for my delivery didn’t even get all my toppings , wings were cold
Old National location. I placed two separate orders. The first order I place was for 10:30a delivery (pepperoni pizza and Cinnabons) and then I realized I should probably order a second pizza (cheese) so I ordered another pizza and mistakenly chose pick up. Thinking about it now, I probably would have also done it purposely to avoid a second delivery fee for two items being delivered together anyway. I called the location to have them put both pizzas together to be delivered at the same time However, the store wasn’t open yet (it was 9:30a) so I called repeatedly until around 10:02 AM when the call center answered. I told them what happened and how I wanted them both delivered and they placed me on hold for an hour and 30 minutes!!! Around 10:30, I began calling the store on another phone hoping to get someone at the store while I was on hold with the call center. No one ever answered the store and no one came back to the line from the call center- not even to check in with me during the whole 90 minutes. I ended up calling the DoorDash driver when I received a text message saying that they were on their way to pick up my pizza and I let the driver know that I had two orders and that both of them should be delivered together. The DoorDash driver let me know when they got there that Pizza Hut would not allow them to do that. Since Pizza Hut only gave the driver one pizza, I continuously called the store but no one answered. For this reason, only one pizza (pepperoni) was delivered to my son’s school (at 11:38!!! An hour late and their lunch time was 11-11:30a!!!)and they didn’t have time to eat it. It all went to waste since the daycare had nowhere cool to store it and it and its unsafe after 2hrs.
Some random person called me several hours later and said that my pizza that was scheduled for pick up at the store (cheese) was delivered to them with their pizza (8pm that night) and they got my name and number from the receipt. I have been trying to contact the store because they owe me a refund but I am not receiving an answer.

Ordered online about 6pm, said delivery would be 735 ish, I waited til about 9pm assuming because it is new years eve they may be busy, only to find out they canceled my order. I called in to ask why and why wasn't I contacted, just for them to send me to a "manager" multiple times that was disconnected! When I did get a gentleman, he proceeded to tell me he couldn't look up my order and then hung up on me again! My first and LAST time ordering from this location! Doesn't make any damn sense!! Do better!!!

Order from this location quite often and keep trying to give them a chance by tonight I had to do a review! The pizza was so greasy and super cold. The pizza wasn’t properly cut it was just so bad all around ! I can’t believe the amount of dripping wet greasy was on Thai pizza an this is dinner I ordered for my children smh I think this was a confirmation to just leave pizza hut alone for good
