Ordered online about 6pm, said delivery would be 735 ish, I waited til about 9pm assuming because it is new years eve they may be busy, only to find out they canceled my order. I called in to ask why and why wasn't I contacted, just for them to send me to a "manager" multiple times that was disconnected! When I did get a gentleman, he proceeded to tell me he couldn't look up my order and then hung up on me again! My first and LAST time ordering from this location! Doesn't make any damn sense!! Do better!!!

Order from this location quite often and keep trying to give them a chance by tonight I had to do a review! The pizza was so greasy and super cold. The pizza wasn’t properly cut it was just so bad all around ! I can’t believe the amount of dripping wet greasy was on Thai pizza an this is dinner I ordered for my children smh I think this was a confirmation to just leave pizza hut alone for good

Old National location in Atlanta Ga is one of the worst Pizza Huts I've ever ate from. Food is never done the way you order and they always forget items. They never give refunds either for items not received.

I ordered a pizza it was burnt so was the customer after me so they were making reorders they said they remade it but looks as if they bought the same pizza out.So I just requested my refund the cashier told the girl with red hair who she said her name was destiny so like 4 people came out to see why I wanted my refund I showed them and they walked back to the back .That’s when destiny came out and said we technically aren’t allowed to give you your refund after two pizzas I said that Pizza Hut rule she said yep I said ok ima ask she said call Corprate now I said I am which made her even Nader I said you always have a attitude cause you snapped on me like a few weeks ago about something the app did on my bday order she said I never seen you then the other girl said he come in every week I said you gotta stop smoking then, she said don’t come back to this store I’m blocking your account and card

I had the worst experience with this pizza hut. So bad that it turned me off from any one of them. I ordered what was supposed to be my free pizza for delivery and didn't receive it or anything else I ordered. They said they were sending it by doordash which is unheard of if I didn't order through doordash. I got a message from the delivery person saying they were having a hard time finding my room at the hotel but they also wouldn't answer the phone or respond to text messages. I was beyond livid but learned my lesson.

I started ordering for a delivery order round 9;50 and they kept canceling my order five different times and they took me in circles about my orders on the phone about my on line order the manager was not a big help customer i number one priority and we need to take pride in our customers instead of closing early and cleaning up means more to them than making money on old national papa John just made them $50

So I’m not understanding…why take the order and then cancel ALL orders prior to letting me know but call me to tell me you close in 9 minutes I arrive in 6 minutes. But the lights are off. Say what now? Please stop placing incompetent GED holders to run your franchise. This is not geometry it’s general math. Place an order pick it up…calling for the district manager to demote and house clean this exact location; bring in the professionals. This doesn’t make sense at all
