They messed up my order and when I asked the cashier politely to fix it he slammed the window in my face. ALSO, there is a piece of coily curly hair on my chicken mind you my hair is in braids. Service and food was bad don’t go here they suck!!

I had a problem with the manager giving me cajun sparkle. She charged me for Cajun sparkle because she refused to give me more than three Cajun sparkles. I paid her with a $5 bill for 92 cents is what she charged me and I told her to keep the change maybe she'll need it for more Cajun sparkle the next visit. I was not happy I was very upset. She didn't yell out the window at me that I was mad because of Cajun sparkle. I really didn't appreciate it I visit Popeyes at least three times a week My total receipt that time was $19.78. I'm from Baton Rouge Louisiana where New Orleans originates Popeyes and I was not pleased. Maybe someone could talk to that manager and make a difference for all the guests that goes to that location.
I spent almost $30 on food 2/20/24 when I got home food was old undercooked fries look like they been sitting all day day since I had to wait almost 30 minutes I expected my food to be fresh and hot I had to get out my car to get my food after been told to pull up someone will bring it out this location need a good GM if you won’t eat the food yourself why serve it to us we work hard for our coins after working a 12 hr shift don’t have time to cook I try to support restaurants in my area next time ill drive 30 minutes away if I could give a zero on food I would
