Really good burgers and crinkle fries. Dark lettuce wrap, not iceberg. Gluten free buns available, and can prepare separately from other meals if you claim allergy. Burgers are greasy but tasty, so have extra napkins ready.

I approached the counter only to be met by three employees who stated individually “I don’t work the register”. One of the women behind the counter finally approached the register and asked me what my name was. I replied and stated what I would like to eat from the menu. After she tells me the total, I pull out my cash and she tells me “card only”. There are no signs to indicate that Shake Shack is a card only establishment. I simply said “OK” and started to put my money away. The cashier responded by saying “Seeee ya”.
I walked right back up to the counter and discussed how disrespectful this was and how their customer service was absolute garbage. Not only do I also work in the airport, but I’m in the aviation industry and sometimes food in the airport is the only way I eat, if I don’t pack my meals for trips. Also, as someone who has to deal with same customers on the airplane, I can understand and relate to customer interactions being gruesome. The least you can do is have professionalism at your job with another employee in uniform. Clearly the staff doesn’t want to be here. I don’t really see any point of going back to the shake shack at the airport as everyone is completely miserable.

Not bad. Prices are more justifiable than getting a turkey sandwich at the airport. $12.41 w tax for a single bacon avocado burger. Not bad. Bacon needs to be cook longer to make it crispy. Store front is organized and staffs are nice

Paid for my drink, but staff mistakenly accused me of not paying and sent security after me. Issue was resolved, but it was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
