Ridiculous.

I placed an online order with them last night. Everything was confirmed and my card was charged the amount. However, when I arrived they had closed the store prematurely and I didn't receive my order. They were supposed to close at 9:30 pm and they closed at 9:00 pm. Several other customers arrived and they were angry. I called back today to try to resolve this matter. However, they acted as if they didn't know what I was referencing. I heard a loud lady laughing in the back and I was even hung up on. They basically stole my money and I am trying to get it back. This location was always my go-to. Even though, they were rude once or twice, I always let it slide. However, I am avoiding them from now on.

Since new ownership, the worst. I've been patient and kind when they didn't know how to make a sandwich. After a few visits and no improvements, I'm not returning. They don't know the different types of meat or cheese, can't understand my customizations, and the veggie sandwiches are wrapped so loose that everything falls out. Honestly, I'm befuddled by their lack of basic sandwich making skills. It is dirtier than it was with previous ownership, and they lack manners. Good luck, gentlemen/ladies. You've lost a local who used to enjoy her local Subway.

The employees working in this store today at 11:44am were extremely rude. This was my second time coming in here and having this experience. Having a piss poor attitude is the number one way to lose customers, and they should be trained in how to treat people. If I’m spending my money, I expect quality service. You will not find that here. Go to another location

NEW OWNERS!!! I was a regular but after I noticed the store changed hands I decided to stay because it's closer but not anymore. Horrible service. Horrible employees. Horrible management. Horrible owners. Take your business somewhere else.

TAKE YOUR COUPONS SOMEWHERE ELSE! They don't accept valid subway coupons. I went to order a sandwich and mentioned that I had a coupon. The lady never said anything about it. I go to pay, and only then do they tell me that they don't accept coupons. What a sleazy way to do business. Horrible service, horrible location, get lunch somewhere else. Oh and my "$5 footlong" was $10. What a joke.

Poor service would not even except a valid subway coupon didn’t even look at expiration date or anything just said they do not accept. Coupons really pisses me off due to the fact that every other subway I’ve been to except those coupons and the fact that I have 30 minutes to eat lunch and they denied that, what poor service how do you run a chain and not accept coupons that you put out under your companies name
