Went to this location on my lunch break ordered the discovery luxe box asked for my tacos to be supreme and they didn’t make it supreme after charging me for it. Called the number just for them to put the phone down and went on to having a whole conversation instead of trying to resolve the issue. So now I’m here leaving a review that could’ve been avoided had they tried to fix the issue. I’m NEVER ordering at this location again they absolutely don’t care and what makes it even worse was there wasn’t even a long line in the drive through where they couldn’t get my order correct. It’s not hard to fix minor discrepancies because mistakes happen however they just don’t care to address it. They really gotta do better.
Edit: Forgot to edit the same day this occurred but I went back to the Taco Bell when I got off of work and explained the situation to the Manger Ms.Meka and she was very helpful in correcting the situation and remade my order for me. Ms.Meka made my customer experience better from her going out her way to the employee apologizing. Overall I’m satisfied with how they corrected the issue Thank you Ms.Meka.

Dining room was clean and not crowded. Got the chilicheese burrito and a double decker taco. Came out quickly and both were fresh and hot as well. I used the kiosk to order. Employees were friendly and professional. The store looks like its been remodeled since the pictures I saw on Google.

If I can give a -10 Stars I would this place is so ratchet and unprofessional its pathetic. I ordered two packs of the 12-piece cinnabon and four drinks under Uber eats and instead of them canceling my order we're doing their job they have my driver called me to try to get me to cancel it so that I can get caught with a cancellation fee I guess. I told them to do their jobs , instead the lady at Taco Bell got on the phone and told me pretty much I am going to take those drinks and move on. I get no refund or credit or nothing from Uber and this is the 3rd order tonight that either got stolen or messed up under Uber eats. NOTHING BUT UNPROFESSIONAL I'm BROKE RATCHET PEOPLE WORKING ON OLD NATIONAL IN ATLANTA. I'M FED UP. I LOST MONEY AND GOT NO FOOD!

Make sure you check that they have you everything your ordered as things were missing in mine . Also if you order vegetarian check it before you leave I got beef in my veggie order .

They close early everyday I got to the location at 3:15a assuming I would be able to eat before heading home. It says 4a on the website. I asked the man at the intercom if they are closing early he said we closed 15 minutes ago we need to fix dat on google. They would make so much more money if they actually went by the times they advertise. Highly don’t recommend this location

I had a horrible exsperience I am a vegetarian and was given meat on my meal and got sick manager only returned my money and did not remake my item Horrible And manager did not file an incident report
I don't think i will go back to this location. After experiencing an associate and a customer arguing about an order and it almost escalated to a fight. I mean the customer took it upon himself to walk behind the counter to confront the associate. Very toxic location. I ended up waiting a longtime for my food and I should've left when all that commotion started. I was hungry and upset and was in shock and couldn't believe what was happening. I just stepped out the way. Thank God it didn't escalate to that level of violence.

Just pulled up 5 minutes ago at 10:15. Waited at the window for a while trying to get someone’s attention. I see 3 employees inside hiding and purposely not taking orders. The manager or lead is driving a black Nissan Altima looks like a 05’. Saw her at he window then she ran away to not have to do work. .

I had an awesome experience at Taco Bell today. I was super hungry and need a quick bite. I entered into the restaurant and was greeted. They allowed me to use the restroom and were very respectful while doing so. The service was outstanding and I was impressed due to the location. I ordered a $9 box, it was the value for me. Special thanks TIP with awesome management skills and his team. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
