I don't think i will go back to this location. After experiencing an associate and a customer arguing about an order and it almost escalated to a fight. I mean the customer took it upon himself to walk behind the counter to confront the associate. Very toxic location. I ended up waiting a longtime for my food and I should've left when all that commotion started. I was hungry and upset and was in shock and couldn't believe what was happening. I just stepped out the way. Thank God it didn't escalate to that level of violence.

Just pulled up 5 minutes ago at 10:15. Waited at the window for a while trying to get someone’s attention. I see 3 employees inside hiding and purposely not taking orders. The manager or lead is driving a black Nissan Altima looks like a 05’. Saw her at he window then she ran away to not have to do work. .

I had an awesome experience at Taco Bell today. I was super hungry and need a quick bite. I entered into the restaurant and was greeted. They allowed me to use the restroom and were very respectful while doing so. The service was outstanding and I was impressed due to the location. I ordered a $9 box, it was the value for me. Special thanks TIP with awesome management skills and his team. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

The staff at this location is really rude, especially the men. After I was disrespected , I asked for the guys name (Vince) and he didn’t even want to give me his name. I tried to ask for contact information on the General Manager and they told me “We are not allowed to give you his information”. This location needs new staff and better training. I get it’s a fast food restaurant but still, that doesn’t mean treat people disgusting and erroneous.

Seems like the lady taking the orders, has too much on her mind constantly asking the same questions messing up the order which is causing the person preparing the order to mess up. He’s yelling through the microphone saying yes he did do something when I’m basically saying it’s just not their meaning obviously there was some disconnect Very unprofessional you can tell when they re-fixed it. He purposely barely put anything on it that I said was missing.
