The woman constantly discriminates against Black people at the Taco Bell Atlanta Airport. She literally is like 'Hi how are ya' to everybody else, except blacks. Then she is gross. If something is not right, she literally damages your food before handing it to you just to be spiteful. She is very ignorant and rude consistently, not the type of customer service that should exist at the busy airport. But I see everybody is complaining on here and social media about her and this place. 😒😒

Idk what these bad reviews are. The girls working today around 2-3 pm 10/12 killed it. Had a huge line but made everyone’s food fresh and as fast as they could. Especially the girl with the long braids killing it

So I love Taco Bell. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to and it should be shutdown. The first picture is a bean burrito and I honestly have no idea what they did to make it look like this!?! The second picture is how dirty the place was and how bad the conditions are. Stay away from this place.

They were still open and refused to take my order. Said they were closed. I told them the app would let me place my order since they were still open and they got upset and annoyed at me. They were still making food for people too just wouldn’t take my order. They wanted to be on their phones instead.

Honestly, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There’s usually only one person working the whole thing…. You have to order from a kiosk, but not all items are able to be ordered like black beans. So then you have to order online. There’s something missing everytime you order. Last time I ordered a veggie cantina box (it’s a $10 item) they didn’t add the black beans, the main protein. When I asked them for some she gave me attitude for asking & literally gave me a tbls spoon worth. I asked for the normal amount for the dish & they made me pay the $2.47 for more. Total cost to have the order made right was close to $14.
This whole concept of one person working, stressing them out & in turn messing everything up is a terrible model.

Waited 20 minutes for my food today. It was not busy. I only ordered 2 items. Absolutely unacceptable. And this is not my first time dealing with slow service here. Customer service is also very poor. I could say so much more and go into further detail but I'm sure it won't change anything. Their rating is already a 1.9. That speaks for itself. They don't even deserve that. But Google makes us at least give 1 star. Smh.

Look no further, this is the best place to get stale chalupas. If you’re are looking for overpriced, not fresh chalupas then you have found it. Taco Bell has no shame, they will sale anything just to make a buck.

Great service and great drinks. Sometimes, I like to drink Pepsi on my lunch break and they are one of the chains that still have Pepsi. I really like that it’s convenient to have this option when I bring my lunch to work.
