Went for first time looking at tick tok it is very expensive but I absolutely loved it spend 48 got lamb chops and lobster with macaroni and cheese and broccoli my kids even ate off my plate and love it they was made when it was gone

Made an attempt to order food at 8:10 p.m. and the young lady working the front counter stated the kitchen was closed. I asked if that's their normal procedure (for future reference). She said no the cook stopped accepting orders. I drove 45 min to their location. Walking out of the door one of their customers stopped me and said she's been waiting over 3 hours!

This food was soooo good! I got the tasty bowl with steak, shrimp, and lobster. It was about $50, but the portion of food was huge and the quality was there. All the meats were cooked perfectly. The seasoning is bomb. Food was ready in about 10-12 minutes. The woman at register was very nice and made great suggestions.I will DEFINITELY be back.
So, first off the food was very good, bread and fries softer than I like, but the taste was there. Steak, shrimp pasta was everything, very good. Portions were decent and the place seemed clean enough. The cashier left much to be desired. There is no dine in. According to my guy they are big on oxtails, according to the post on social media he saw. So that's what I wanted. Nevertheless, they only have oxtails on sunday. Wanted fish and grits, no grits.

This was such a disappointing experience from top to bottom. We came from the city down to the south side because of finding out about this place on Instagram. We placed our order which was around 82$ which for egg rolls, chicken pasta, and a loaded baked potato with lamb chops which did feel overpriced but still was okay with it. After about 45min we started inquiring about how much longer the wait would be and were continually given NO answers. The cashier was extremely rude and condescending and when who I believe the manager was came out it was no different. After 1 hour 15min with still no food we asked for a refund. You would think considering the lengths we took to come all the way here we would have been treated with some level of courtesy but it was the exact opposite. We received our refund with a whole lot of attitude and no accountability and therefore would NOT recommend nor return! They’ve clearly used their resources on Instagram content and not on proper management or standard business practice. Complete fail!

I did not read reviews but I found this place on instagram. Well fast forward got to the place coming sandy springs got there they was not open. They open at 2, I got there at 3. Finally after 10 mins “the owner” came and said give him about 30 mins to take our order. I go in to the place the order after 30 mins I wait in line for about 15 minutes. The owner mom is taking my order, I told her about the inconvenience I experienced, she offered 10% discount $1.56 off. So she trying to get the card reader to read for another 10 minutes so I say is this the correct or this because this not my card. I pay for my food after that she say I have to refund because u need an id to use a card. I say are u serious. She say yes it’s been too charge backs. Very unprofessional business. I will not recommend

Two stars for the two hour wait! The first person at the register had great customer service. The wait was so long I lost my appetite. A little pricey as well. If you don’t have time to spare,don’t waste your time.
