Food was hot fresh and delicious. Great customer service. Clean dishes and well staffed. Materials stocked and the staff was attentive to all customers entering the restaurant. The cook was lively and the music played added to the great food and atmosphere. Everyone was professional and well dressed in uniform willing to serve and aimed to please. The waitress Lola Bunny checked on us and made sure we had everything to enjoy our meal.

Man I donāt know what we have to do to get people to want to work. Get here at 7:45pm, sign says no inside dining at 8:30pm. They lock the doors as weāre getting there and tell us to go only.

The server was pretty nice. Yet the food was incomplete and terribly bad. We gave her a 10$ tip yet she couldn't check if our food was correct? How hard is ir to follow your own menu when there's one costumer? Never again. Don't come here, they don't care.

We stopped in before heading back to the airport. The vibes were great. Our server was friendly and attentive. Get the grits. They started playing music too it was nice and like I said the vibes were great. The place was clean and no one was rude. I will go back when I am back in Atlanta.

Absolutely love me some Waffle House, but this was the worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of visiting the brand. No one said hello like usual the waitress Kayla was slower than molasses in the winter time not to mention she was cursing like a sailor. Got my coffee and water when the food was presented not ahead of time and the short order. Cook took my order instead of her because she was so lazy. A trucker had pulled in to place it to go order but got sick and tired of waiting for her and left while I was there. No one tried to stop him. No one offered to help or apologized. District manager needs to straighten this crew out or clean house. I have been here before, but never this bad.

This was by far the worst Waffle House experience Iāve ever had. The service was terribleāthe servers were unfriendly and unprofessional. The one assigned to my table didnāt even bring me syrup for my waffle, and I had to ask a different server just to get it. On top of that, she wouldnāt even give me a refill of water, which is just basic hospitality.
The food was disappointing and definitely didnāt make up for the lack of service. The only positive part of the visit was the lady greeting people at the door (a light-skinned older woman)āshe was polite and welcoming.
Sadly, everything else was a letdown. I wonāt be coming back.

Disappointing Experience with Rude Server
I stopped by this Waffle House on Old National in College Park, GA while traveling home from another stateājust needed a quick restroom break and was more than willing to make a purchase. Unfortunately, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional server named Valencia.
There was a cart blocking the restroom, so I kindly asked if I could use it. Her immediate response was āNo.ā I then asked if I could at least make a purchase, and she said, āNo, you can't just buy a drink.ā I was honestly shocked. Iāve worked in customer service before, and one thing you never do is turn away someone willing to spend money in a businessāespecially not with that kind of attitude.
She then proceeded to say, āYāall always come in here and just want to use the restroom.ā I let her know this was my first time ever walking into this location and I had no problem buying something. Despite that, she told me Iād have to wait until she served another table and brought them their drinks before she could ring me up.
I ended up waiting about 8 minutes until a manager came out. I explained the situation, and thankfully he was kind, understanding, and walked me to the restroom himself. He was very apologetic, which I appreciated.
I donāt know if Valencia was having a bad day, but the way she treated me was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. That type of energy doesnāt belong in customer service, especially in a business where people are simply looking for a little hospitality.
