20% to go fee… 10% to pay the server and 10% to go fee?
It is not the responsibility of the customer to pay employees. That is for the employer. The cost of labor is factored into the cost of goods. If society were to operate the way this rule thinks it does, we would be paying fees everywhere. You think this benefits the employee but it hurts them just as much as the customer. If we keep this up they will be expected to pay fees wherever they go. It makes everything more expensive.
Employers are passing on the responsibility to tip onto the customer, preying on people’s generosity. When we allow this we enable their selfishness. I would never go here as long as this rule is implemented.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Waffle House, just not this one. My rating li lost a star because it was takeout only until 7 AM. What's that all about?
The real shame was that we preferred the CHEESE N' EGGS WITH RAISIN TOAST. We specifically said yes we want cheese on the eggs. We took the food to our hotel, see above for why we didn't dine in, and there was no cheese. Sorry, that's a failure and disappointment!
The waffles were also soggy because they were to go.

They charged an additional $.50 for any egg dish you ordered. This was particular to this location only. Went to another location, and they had no such thing. Some owners of establishments are so greedy and opportunistic.

Its health inspection score is a 100 it’s posted when u walk in when we were paying for our food a roach ran across the counter and buddy saw me see him see it but we didn’t say anything

Stopped at this location because I needed to use the bathroom now I understand if I'm going to use your facilities I suspend some money there so I have plan to buy lunch and they told me even if I buy food the bathroom is not open to the public what if I want to wash my hands before I eat because I've been on the road all day and I want to make sure my hands are clean they still told me I could not use the bathroom

Absolutely love this waffle house in particular. There are two that sit on O National and this is the one that I choose to go to. I’ve been coming a lot here lately and the staff are very attentive. There is one in particular. He is so sweet very nice. They do a good job with cooking the food. They play music to keep the atmosphere high. I will continue to come to this waffle house.
