I can’t understand my cashiers when they talk to me while walking away and when they try to insult me ?

Updated Review from 1 star to 4 stars! I decided to give this place another shot and I'm so happy I did!!! The guy who took my order was very kind and professional, I had a bacon cheeseburger, wings, cheese fries and a chocolate milkshake, my food was very good! The only thing stopped me from giving 5 stars is the cheese on my cheese fries was kinda watery but still edible, thank you for the good food, good customer service, I will be returning soon!

Unfortunately I never got to try the food when I walked in there was no customers and the 2 cashiers was engrossed in conversation, I kindly greeted the 1st cashier only to get a very dry response, she then asked me was I here to pick up? while looking down and texting on her cell phone, I replied no and walked out, I hate that I didn't get to try the food maybe I will try again another day when there's better customer service... just sad

Horrible Service, Spend Money Elsewhere!!!!

1st Strike: The Cashier’s Steal
My husband orders food and pays for it with cash. Unbeknownst to him 2 $20 bills fall out his pocket onto floor while at register. One of the cashier comes from behind the counter to act like she’s straightening up refreshment counter which is right next to the register. He proceeds to fix his drink. By this time he’s checking his pockets and that he dropped $40. Mind you, it’s him and one other customer that’s sit down that has already ordered, and the cashiers. He inquires with cashiers about the lost money, the same girl that came out from behind register the 1st time goes back over to the refreshment counter and mysteriously finds a $20bill. (Remember that there was 2 $20 bills). She swears to him that’s all she saw. He leaves still feeling uneasy about the situation. When he gets home and tell me about the incident, we call up there wanting to speak with the manager to possibly have the cameras rewind. Of course there’s no manager in at the time, so we inquire about date and time that there will be a manager in the store. Do you know that literally 5 mins after this conversation. One of the cashiers calls us back to say “Hey we found the money, the other customer who was sitting the whole time. Came back and turned it in.” ??‍♀️ So you lie and steal from one customer, then lie on an innocent customer ?. We retrieve the money, and moved on.

2nd Strike
Last night I ordered a Philly steak combo and 6 wings. I subbed my fries for okra and was charged for it. Hubby picks up my order otw home. When I received my food I noticed that they gave me fries instead of okra. I called to notify them of the mistake, Manager tells me that I have to pack my food back up and drive all the back up there with no compensation just for them to know that I’m not lying about some okra. Sir, you can’t be serious!!!! Me and my family will never spend a dime with them again!!! Done!!!!!

I arrived at this location at 9:42 ( they close at 10:00 pm) just for them to tell me they cannot take my order even though the lobby was full of people and the kitchen wasn't closed! I literally drove 15 minutes away for this! I will NEVER come back to this establishment again!!!!!!!

Ranch wings were great, service was quick and friendly. Clean store, and a nice area. I was impressed.

Got the double steakburger combo. Fries were very fresh and hot, and the burger was well made. Service was friendly. The restaurant feels like it caters mainly to take-out orders so the dine-in experience is a little lacking. I would order again but probably to-go in the future.

I really like this location. My food is always fresh and good. The service is nice. I have ordered wings and fries, Philly cheese, and the chicken salad. Never disappointed.

Honestly who is keeping this place in business? I was super annoyed by how nasty everything was. The mox sticks were decent but the chicken nuggets were were and dry. They weren’t seasoned and I almost broke a tooth with how hard they were fried. The fries were bland and soggy. Might I add all of it was luke warm? I will never order from here again.
