I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai with the Eeel sushi roll. (Rock & Roll) As I was eating my food I realized that the noodles were hard and I could barely chew them. Uncooked noodles almost made me choke. Then the rice on the sushi was hard and stale. Presentation wise it looked like something I coulda did myself at home. $6.50 wasted. Then when I was Paying for my food the waitress gave herself a $6 tip as I was proceeding to check out. The food was sub par just like the service. It was the stale rice and hard noodles for me. Never coming back.

Had four different sushi rolls, rice was not cooked correctly and probably the worst sushi I've had. Server did not seem to know menu when asked straightforward questions and was not friendly. Menu and ownership appears to have changed.

Food is extremely sweet, even the savory dishes. Portions are relatively small. I didn’t mind the portions so much but my bill was $60 with tip and I was struck. I really didn’t have much food at all. I think this place could have potential if they worked on the recipes and value of the food, otherwise I don’t know how anyone could afford to eat here.

I decided on delivery and found this menu to be expansive! I ordered the duck pho, tempura, spicy basil combo noodles, spicy Tom Yum chicken soup, and a Thai iced tea. First off, my spicy basil combo noodles were missing entirely! So I was already not happy with the experience. I tried the Tom Yum soup that I wanted spicy, and it wasn't even spicy. It was so underwhelming, and the flavors didn't come together without thay heat. Surprisingly, my duck was crispy and wasn't bad, but the pho broth could have used more seasoning. Although the fresh herbs and mix ins should enhance the flavor, it fell flat. By the time I opened the tempura, it was soggy and didn't survive the trip. This means the coating wasn't crispy. For the price that was spent, it wasn't worth it. However, the food is edible. After reading the review about the roaches and uncleanness, this will be my first and last order from here. Now, it had me questioning if the food I received was roach free and clean before it was packed into the containers. Either way, I won't be ordering from here again.

Get takeout! The food was great, but the spot is a total dump. Smelled bad and service was poor.

The professionalism and level of customer service has gone down immensely. My order was simple two California rolls no cucumber no sesame seeds one shrimp tempura.I was told my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes and waited an additional 10. After my first 5 minutes of waiting, an employee/one of the owners finally left the conversation they were comfortable having in front of the establishment to come behind the counter to only begin to make my order that was for my daughter's 17th birthday. I couldn't not continue to wait all evening and never to get back to my children. This evening's service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced inside Zab-E-Lee, and it's also some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.I do not recommend this place until they get someone new to answer the phones and take the orders also not until they can properly communicate the correct time frame that it takes for the food to be ready so that a customer can be prepared.Dreadful service tonight.

Great food! Great Service! Been a long time customer, so when they told us they were under new management, I’m not gonna lie, we were scared! But Linda reassured us the food is still good even though there are some changes, and to give them a try for ourselves before we give our judgments. I’m glad we listened because the food was honestly amazing, if not, better! Hehe recommended us her favorite curry, noodle, and story fry dishes and did not fail us! They are also open back up for dine in so we will definitely be back with friends and family.

I walked in and ordered 2 sushi rolls and small coconut soup to go. I waited 25 mins as I understand it takes time to make sushi. When i got my food there was no soy sauce in the bag and my order was wrong. Since i waited so long i just took my food and left. And the sushi wasnt very good as it didn't taste fresh. This place used to be really good but it is now subpar.

Over the last few months I have been going back and am slowing getting more and more impressed. The Thai food has gotten better. And the Indian food is very good. I was worried when this restaurant switched owners. But it seems this place is heading in the right direction.
