I literally can't say anything, the doors were locked while it was open. I can't say I recommend this place.
The food was decent, however the staff on July 11th @ 9:30 pm were absolutely horrible!! They were rude and couldn't even look at us when we spoke. They have a bad attitude and shorted us 4 chicken fries that were meant to be split between our 2 children. Burger king should be ashamed to have them as employees and if they keep them I can almost guarantee they will lose customers if not end up closing. I have worked in food service my whole life and have never treated a customer that way.

Middle afternoon, ignored at counter as they were busy, too busy to even meet our eyes with 4 patrons & more waiting to order. After 10 minutes, went to Hardee's down the road.

Newer store, but was very dirty. It was a mess. Food was ok and the staff was fine, they just need to spend more time cleaning up.

Normally I wouldn’t waste my time reviewing a Burger King unless it was exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This BK is unfortunately the latter. We pulled up after a long trip with young children in the car already hungry and irritated. We ordered a double cheeseburger, some chicken fries, onion rings, and regular fries. They were OUT OF FRIES. I was kind of shocked they had the chicken fries, which is a 50/50 prospect at any Burger King, but being out of French fries at Burger King or McDonald’s means telling EVERY CUSTOMER you don’t have something you absolutely should never be without. So we replaced it with a 4 pc cheesy tot. Only 2 cars in front of us but drive through moving very slow. We explain to the children the virtue of waiting for most good things in life. Finally we get up to the window and the rude girl with a blank stare on her face, obviously not wanting to be there, says “19.28.” I guess it could have been more rude, but not by much. She later handed us a back of food and said “we waiting on the cheesy fries.” She said, and this is as nice as it got- “go wait up by the line.” I thanked her, and we drove up to the line. We waited again, and I had to recant some of our virtues of waiting speech from earlier. Waited some more. Drive though slow but moving. I kind of have an idea, from working in fast food decades earlier, how long 4 tater tots takes to cook. I hate to have to go into a store to get something I had to wait on-not because it is beneath me to do so, but mainly because it emphasizes how incompetent your staff must be to not complete an order that should have taken 10 minutes from order to eating. So past 20 minutes into our ordeal I go in, expecting to see the taters sitting up in a food trough, cold and ignored. Little did I imagine that from the time the rude girl told us to pull up and wait again and now- they had erased every memory of me and my order from their careless brains and completely forgot to make my dumb 4 taters at all! The gentleman I addressed this to went to check on it, and when I saw him grab for a bag and start frying something, I knew the news was not good. He DID apologize, and he did update me appropriately every 30 seconds on the readiness of my pitiful 4 little cheesy tots, but never thought it might be a good idea to offer this customer maybe 8 instead of 4, maybe a drink while I wait, maybe something to compensate me for the 30 minutes I have invested in the somewhat new Burger King in Colquitt, GA. I maybe should have been rude, looked more disappointed, or more outraged. This whole thing could very well be my fault for expecting a team of young adults to put together 5 cooked things in a bag in under 10 minutes. On my way out, another drive through customer came in and explained that they didn’t get their fries-THE FRIES THAT APPARENTLY THE GIRL FORGOT TO INFORM THEM DIDN’T EXIST AT THEIR BURGER KING. Only God knows how long they had to wait for their replacement side, because I left and will never come back to this horrible little Burger King.

Rude staff and always out of something and they won't bother to tell u had to go back in to realize fries were not forgot they just didn't have any the sweet tea is not sweet and my burger was drowning in mustard and ketchup couldn't take a bite without it pouring out the sides. if you don't like you're job quit if it's to hard to be nice and make some food that you you're self would be happy with you and you're family eating . The to good to be working here attitude is uncalled for
It's fast food, did not expect much. I do expect courteous staff, did not get that. Instead was greeted by discourteous staff who seemed to want to be somewhere other than there. Back of house staff were too busy on their phones to complete orders.

This particular Burger King acts as if the Covid Pandemic was still in effect! Can't go inside to order or eat during the day and night, mainly drive thru Usually only 2 people working all positions!!! Don't get the orders right, because they are in such a hurry to get the orders out in drive thru. This Burger King in Colquitt,ga. was supposed to be a better change for Colquitt, because of how Poorly Hardee's is run,but We Were Fooled! Rather get something off the shelf at Dollar General than eat at Burger King in Colquitt!!!

This is by far the slowest burger king I have ever been to, and not just on one occasion. Additionally, the staff members were dismissive and impolite.

You can t ever tell when Colquitt Ga Burger king is going to be open we went there at 650 this afternoon April 13th and they were closed. There was no signs or anything as to why they were closed
Every time I drive over to a play at Cotton Hall, I stop by BK for an impossible burger whopper. It's always good...thick tomatoes, crisp lettuce, a fresh bun and the patty is never overcooked. Grateful for a vegetarian option in a town that doesn't seem to like vegans or vegetarians according to other local menus. Fries are always good too. Thank you for always being consistently good and accommodating to animal lovers. I'll keep coming back. The plays are always great and everyone is so friendly. Love Swamp Gravy!!
