I.ordered 2 double cheese burgers. I got them in the meat was old n been cooked a long time n u tasty..I took the food back n they supposly to have recooked my food fresh n it came back the same way..tasteless..tuff meat..really horrible!!!

So I visited Hardee's in Colquitt Ga, I ordered 2 tender wraps for 2 for $5.00. My Total came to $6.40. I ask the Cashier why is my total $6.40 if tax is 8 cent on a dollar. My total should be $5.40. She just looked at me a smiled and shrugged her shoulders. She gave me a $1.00 coupon off for my next purchase for a sandwich. The coupon said thanks for donating to military veterans and families. I asked my self when did I donate. So I looked at my receipt and I notice a dollar was charged for Stars for Heroes. This cashier didn't not ask me did I want to donate. Hardee's is just taking money from customers now without asking them. Is that legal!! The Employee was Adrienne

Came to the drive through to order 2 shakes. Employee asked for my order and I gave it to them. Radio silence for a full minute, so I pulled to the window. Very rude young lady told me I had to place my order at the drive through kiosk. Told her I did and she told me I didn't say anything after she asked. Reiterated that I did in, in fact, order 2 shakes. She then told me I would have to go through the drive through again because she couldn't take an order at the window. Obvious this busness didn't want my money, so I went across the street to their competitor.

OMG. Came from Florida and didn’t speak country so they couldn’t understand me. When the girl gave me my hot ham n cheese it was ice in the middle. I should have known something was up when the country heffa started laughing😡 I should have returned the food instead of throwing it away Butt I didn’t want to go back because if she got rude I didn’t want to end up staying in this country place for anymore extra days😢 🤦🏽♀️ Now i see why i wear the only customer. Maybe they’ll go out of business soon. 🤞🏽

I haven't eaten at Hardee's in awhile, for some reason or another. So when the opportunity presented itself i figured why not. I pulled through the drive thru where I was greeted and politely ask about my order. I told her it had been awhile I needed sec to refresh my memory. She replied, "honey, you take your time and let me know when you're ready". After about 2 or 3 minutes, there were no other cars in the drive through at 10:15 am mind you, I said to my son I may just settle for the candied bacon and egg biscuit and he said "I'll just go with the porkchop biscuit and a drink". Her immediate reply was, " 2 wonderful choices, but you won't be settling when your done you'll know the true reason you came here." After asking what would we like to drink. We told her and she said, "I'll bump that up to a combo for you and you'll save a little money and also sir it will be just a few on your porkchop biscuit but we'll worth your wait!". When we pulled up to that drive through window Friday morning it was just to curb a hunger, when we left it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts and best experiences I've had to date(im 54yrs old) at any drive thru and or fast food restaurant. From the time we pulled up to the last bite was wonderful. Friday November 15th, 2024 approximately 10:15 a.m. Colquitt, Ga Drive thru window attendant needs to be recognized for her excellent customer service, if she hasn't already and if she has, I strongly suggest you do it again!! She is most definitely an asset and I will be eating at Hardee's in Colquitt more often simply because of our experience that day. BTW my 25 year okd Son would be burying his Mother later that afternoon and my appreciation for that bright start to his day is immeasurable:)
