We happened to be driving to Albany GA and made this our halfway point for a lunch buffet. OMG this place didn't disappoint and it went above and beyond.

Moby Dicks is buffet only eating. The price includes a drink. The hours are a bit unusual so be sure to check before going. The food is southern style fried chicken, fried okra, blackeye peas & green beans, collards, cornbread lace, in addition to other offerings including desserts. The server was attentive. Food was good. Restaurant was in an old building but was clean and had plenty of room.

The food here is always good, as is the service. We try to be there every Thursday for shrimp night. Excellent salad bar.

Never ate on location but they cater for our company a lot. They work hard to have great food delivered at a reasonable price. Always on time and always delicious. I’m going to go eat there one day and get my moneys worth ?

Very helpful and friendly staff. Kept very clean. Always very busy, line out the door around lunch time. Food is good, just not a very large variety. Meat choices mainly: roast beef (which I have yet to try for it always being too rare), turkey (a good choice), ham (my preferred choice), and fried chicken (which I don't care for so not tried theirs). Sometimes a few other random meats. There are not enough vegetable choices! The butterbeans are good. I like the mac and cheese but it stays running out so don't always get to get some. The green beans have meat with them (which I don't personally like). Other side dishes are usually casserole dishes (surprise, I don't like those either!). Bread is lace cornbread, cornbread muffin, or a roll. The salad bar is always really good. I don't typically look at the desserts as it's mostly pie slices and cake slices like strawberry, blueberry, ect. Or banana pudding and cobblers. (which yet again is not anything I like). To be fair, I am a picky eater. Country buffets are not my first choice in places to eat because of this, but I do still find enough to eat to make it worth it. If country food are your thing, then is definitely a place for you!

Vegetarian options: Very little side options. Some vegetables have meat cooked with. Salad bar is about all.

Parking: Very large graveled parking around both sides of the building. Fills up fast.

Me and my boyfriend are on our way to FL for vacation and had been driving already almost 9 hours with only stopping for gas once so we was very hungry and love those diamond in the rough kinda of places and let me tell you... this place was it. The food was wonderful & the staff was so nice. We had the dinner bar and salad bar. Everything was fresh and tasted so good. We was very happy we turned around and tried it out. 💯 If you have a chance to stop in and eat- you won't regret it.
