We went for lunch on 3/30, a Saturday at 1PM. Was it packed, of course. Did the line move as quickly as possible, yes. The service was great and they handled the complainers nicely. The Q-Tater was delicious and the banana pudding was amazing. Some people acted like this was their first time being in a bbq joint on a Saturday afternoon with the amount of whining I heard in line, but this business is amazing.

Well I have tried this business for the third time. Each time the food was delicious, the customer service from the lady at the cash register is OUTSTANDING, and the time to prepare the food is awesome (no long wait time). Thus far we have tried the ribs, Brunswick stew, large chopped and chip sandwiches (include slaw and pickles on them). We tried the combo plate (ribs, pork loin, brisket, added Brunswick stew) just so we could taste everything- it was outstanding- you can really taste the quality of time that was put into the food. I highly recommend trying it.

Visited 13th Street BBQ on Veterans in Columbus, Ga , Wednesday, 11/8/2023. Been feeling the Pirk Chop Sandwhich for weeks. Ordered 2 and a large Coke with know ice. The code was great, sauce on the sandwich..mild was very tasty. We received a Pork Loin Sandwich. The Menu Board said Pork Chop Sandwich. I was very disappointed, Pork Loin is not the same as a Pork Chop I am familiar with. It was thick and dry. Please bring back the real Pork Chop Sandwich with the bone. It will sell. Thank you!

I was in town just for the weekend and was looking forward to some BBQ. I was not thoroughly impressed with the quality. I might have ordered the wrong thing but the brisket was super tough and the rest of the meal was just ok. There were quite a few people there and even someone loading up a catering order. So we must have just not gotten the right thing.Parking: The parking lot was not big but big enough for most of the customers. I don't think anyone would have trouble parking here.Kid-friendliness: There were booster seats and high chairs available for the little onesWheelchair accessibility: Seemed relatively easy for a wheelchair to enter and maneuver once inside.

Got lunch here today and as always it did not disappoint. Fresh food with good flavors.Food is always fresh and hot. Their sweet tea is the best. And the butter babies are to die for. I really enjoy their chef salad. And there is enough on the menu for the boys to pick from too.
