“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“

“The açaí bowl I received didn’t seem to be fully prepared - the açaí was like a frozen brick. I think the staff missed a step or they need to improve the quality. Besides that, the atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were friendly.“

“If you're looking for a great and clean eat come here. They have fresh pressed juices, freshly made acai bowls, vegetarian food, seamoss, and much more. They also have a friendly staff and cozy waiting area. I will continue getting my bowls here for sure.“
