I placed a pickup order for this location. When we arrived, we decided to have a drink and an appetizer to kill some time before heading to our next spot since we were early. I let the waitress know we had a pickup order, but it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. There was no acknowledgment at all in regards to that.
skipping past some of the nonsense that took place on the waitress end , Right before we finished, we had to go looking for her. We saw her across the room, waved, and she looked right in our direction but completely ignored us. We were still trying to be patient. I finally walked up to her as she was about to head to the back and told her we were ready for the check and our pickup order. I gave her my name, and she came back saying there was no order under it. I apologized and told her to try my husband’s name instead.
Thirty four minutes later, she still hadn’t come back. At this point, we were frustrated because why?????. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained she was from another store and was just filling in for the absent manager, that manger did find our online order. About twelve minutes later, the waitress finally returned with the bill and said, “Sorry for the wait, I was busy.”
The next day, I called the manager because I felt this needed to be reported. He apologized and said he would mail me a gift card to cover both the online and dine in orders. I provided my address, and he said he’d mail it out the next day. I asked if I could just pick it up since I live nearby, but he insisted he’d put it in the outgoing mail.
I never received it lol. That definitely didn’t make the experience any better. I waited three weeks, called back, and the manager claimed he mailed it, then immediately hung up.
I will never return, and my family will never return. The whole experience was stressful from start to finish.

Went today, the food was bland and nasty. It seems as if they are cutting corners. The service was slow and you can tell the server did not want to be there. They gave me the wrong food. Just all around horrible.
On October 11th, 2025 after 4pm my son and I dined in. I haven't been there in about three years. When we was parking I was telling my son it's empty here it might be a good sign we can enjoy (WRONG). The server was nice she took our order brought our drinks in a timely manner. So I saw this guy come out walking towards us with an apron on no name tag, didn't speak, he just put the food on the table and walked away. I had to switch the plates around because he didn't ask who had what. I ordered the boneless wings, cheese sticks, blacken Cajun salmon with two sides(mashed potatoes and green beans),the classic combo,blue zombie drink and a watermelon spin drink( my son drink) it was not good too strong for me he enjoyed it. The portion of the salmon was a kid size, something was off with the boneless wings(too hard and I just can't explain), blue cheese was off, spinach dip wasn't enough had more chips than dip(for more dip extra charge) and a to go cup of water was kids size. When we got home watched TV about three hours later I wasn't feeling while and that morning my son's stomach started to hurt. Needless to say food poison we will not be going back even if it was Free. Very disappointed

I was there last night and i ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad, but when i got home it was cabbage that they filled my plate with i do have a picture,i am very disappointed 😞 pick up time was 9h20pm

Was in town for my soldiers graduation with his friends. We orders 2 appetizers & 6 meals. They food came out an appetizer and a meal came out first and it took approximately 30 minutes to one by one get our meals, and the waitress did not seem to care. She didn’t apologize for serving the appetizer when everyone was done eating their meal. It was ridiculous.
