The worst experience today . Order was put in wrong then I had to wait almost 30 mins to get the right order my son had already finished his meal . All I kept hearing from the staff was how short staffed they were and orders backed up . I was over it at this point . Then I guess the head manager came to talk to me he tried to out talk me and when I was talking he had the nerve to tell me he was trying to me nice . In return I told him I was trying to be nice as well but I didn’t put the order in wrong and it’s not my problem their short staffed . I tried to deal with it as best I could but after hearing all their excuses I was done with the whole situation and was just ready to leave .

The young African American host today was horribly rude and unprofessional. Walked in, no greeting. She comes to the stand, helps another party. I step up in line, because people are coming into the building. She helps them first. All while doing this she’s running around doing anything but hosting. Stood there for 10 mins trying to get my order. While she was staring at me, stepping right in front of me. Never acknowledged my presence. If it wasn’t that I was picking up an order I would’ve left immediately.

The worst experience I've ever had . Wasn't even busy and our waitress had us wait 20 min just to take our drink order. Then when she came finally she was to worried about looking at table next to us see if they left a tip that she wasn't even paying attention to what we was ordering. Next it took over an hour to get our appetizers and the baby food .then when we got them they were cold and gross .the baby Mac and cheese was dry noodles with no cheese . When our food came out every burger was dry and buns were hard like hockey pucks! Our waitress was absolutely terrible and the food was as well I spent $105 on disgusting food and bad service so disappointing

Horrible experience. The hostess didn't ask us if we wanted to sit around the bar area or in a booth. Didn't receive any utinsels, it took 20min to get our drinks and an other 30 to get our food. The food was not that great, burger was too greasy, and boneless wings were cold and undercooked. The waitress didn't come around to ask us if we needed drinks or refills. Waited almost 20 minutes to get another round of beers. Instead, we canceled.Try to AVOID!! this place, we will not come here anymore in the future.
